The property is located above a boutique salon.
In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.
Two private off street parking spots are included with your stay. The apartment is located on the second story and is accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking garage.

We have looked at staying at this property for the past several years. So glad we finally did! For once the pictures of the listing didn’t do this adorable apartment justice. We felt it was much cuter than the pictures. It’s directly across the street from our favorite Capitola restaurant (Trestles) and like 20 steps to all our favorite shops in Capitola Village, and of course so close to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and the patio is adorable. Great to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on in the evenings or to sun bathe on in the afternoons. We will be returning here for our next stay in Capitola.

We really enjoyed our stay in Capitola at the Capitola Village 2 bedroom! It was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We could walk everywhere and never used our car. It was so nice to have parking, since it is difficult to find street parking, The apartment was very clean and kitchen was great! We also enjoyed a great concert at the beach!

Nice place. Closer to the beach than expected which was a great surprise. Would have given the place 5 stars had it been cleaned prior to our check in. Apparently there was some sort of mixup between the cleaners and the host and the house was not cleaned. We opened the door at 3 to find unmade beds and a dirty place. Check in was at three, cleaners arrived at 5 and we had to leave for 1.5 hours while they cleaned the place. This was disappointing and very inconvenient. Asked the host for discount and he basically said to enjoy my stay. There are so many rentals around this place so not sure if I would stay here again.
