This wonderful home in the quaint seaside town of Capitola will remind you of being in a small village in Italy. Brand new Queen bed in one bedroom and a super comfortable double in the 2nd bedroom. Brand new Murphy bed in the living room sleeps two.
It has a personal boat dock with (2)kayaks and a Paddleboard to use at your leisure. Or you can Kick on the deck and look out onto the beautiful Soquel Creek and observe nature.
Wonder down to the beach and enjoy the surf and the sun.
BBQ on the deck and watch the ducks meander by as you sip a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. Or just relax and read your favorite book in the privacy of your secure deck.
The lush green surroundings are breathtaking. If you feel the desire for shopping or dining out, the downtown and Esplanade are only a two-minute river walk away.
Enjoy the food and entertainment at the world-famous Shadow Brooke Restaurant!
No matter what you choose to do it will all be within walking distance of your front door.
We provide 1 parking spaces in front of the garage, May be extra parking when available.

Great location right along the river. House was cute and quaint; a two-minute walk to the restaurants and beach. Unfortunately the area rug smelled like dog pee & there was dog hair on the couches; but the owner was very responsive and had the cleaning crew come by to assist during our stay. Would definitely come back.

We’ve stayed at 3 other properties on the creek and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. It was perfect for the three of us for the weekend.

This wasn’t a slice of heaven. Two girlfriends and I were looking forward to a relaxing respite, away from family responsibilities, for a few days. We were disappointed with this rental. The good - nice location and includes two parking spaces. The not so good - kitchen poorly equipped. Bring your own equipment if you like to cook. Ants made it impossible to leave food on kitchen counters.Couches and bar stools not comfortable. In fact, barstools were super light weight and flimsy. Didn’t feel safe. Water filter in fridge needed replacing. We were told fridge had a water filter so was surprised and disappointed when discovered it was expired. Combinations to padlocks on gates needed to be documented somewhere. Never did get combination to lock on gate next to river deck. Back door lock needed to be fixed. Had to exit through front door and access creek walking path through neighbors yard IF you wanted the back door locked while gone. Luckily, no one was staying there at the time. Cobwebs on outdoor furniture needed to be removed. Overall, would give the place a C grade. Won’t be back anytime soon.
