Very clean, high ceiling, spacious and sunny. Super comfortable bed. Covered parking, which is a godsend in Capitola. Straight out the front door and you are a short walk to all the frontage restaurants. Excellent property at a fair price.

We loved the living room view of the ocean, especially at sunrise! The garage parking was so convenient. We walked over the bridge to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The pier entrance was across the street. The home was well appointed with sufficient towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies, as well as board games/puzzles. My son requested to move into the home permanently!

Wonderful property, clean and convenient for beach, shops & restaurants. Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had prior to our stay. Only reason the overall rating was not a 5 is due to the extremely noisy neighbors we had in the apartment next door !!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s condo for the Capitola Beach Festival 2024. It was so nice to be in walking distance to everything and not have to worry about parking or traffic. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in our future.

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was such a treat! The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials that made our stay worry-free! This was our first time in Capitola and we’re already planning our yearly return.

We rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Would definitely do it again. Units had everything we needed, and they are located across the street from a wonderful beach and a block away from Capitola Village. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. The host Jennifer played an important role in our great satisfaction.

Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying in this condo...or letting the men and boy come, and stay in Jennifers condo next door too.

This property was charming and located right by the beach and right by plenty of dining options and a ton of shopping. We were there during the Capitola Beach Festival… and we were perfectly located to join in or to even watch it all from the living room window. It was perfect for our group of four… Though it sleeps more. The owner/host was so helpful and very nice to deal with. It was a great place to stay with easy access to everything. This place was convenient for having a little one who loves getting all dirty in the sand. A little walk and we were home to wash down the sand with the water hose. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Jennifer was awesome at responding and allowed us to check in earlier. We enjoyed a nice BBQ dinner using the BBQ in the backyard and enjoyed putting the puzzles provided after dinner. We definitely will be coming back. Best little getaway with family!

We really enjoyed our time at the seaview condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed; full kitchen, comfortable beds and huge beautiful windows with a view of the beach! Communication with the owner was very easy and convenient, she is great! Super easy access to the beach, wharf and village. With an easy parking spot and wonderful outdoor space, we highly recommend the seaview condo!

The place was great. Location was great close to everything. The only problem was the road noise. Very loud if you are sleeping in the living room. The neighbors were very load and could here through wall. Really no fault of the owner, the price you pay to be so close to town. Overall great place.

We had a lovely stay! Our first time in Capitola, even though we're from the Bay Area. Definitely will be back! Loved being walking-distance to everything--beach, restaurants, shops, the pier! You are right in the heart of town at this location. Space was very clean with a sweet beachy theme. It was just the two of us but definitely could comfortably do a family. We cooked every day and the kitchen was fairly stocked but not fully stocked (maybe it was just us but couldn't find measuring cups, measuring spoons). Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!
