Spacious and modern two bedroom one bath condo with high ceilings and a fabulous ocean view! Look out at the ocean from the kitchen bar, living room, and hallway. 150 steps to the Beach, Capitola Pier, boutique shopping and over 20 restaurants. Remodeled kitchen, WiFi Big Screen TV and a private back patio with a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaways! Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered parking for 1 car, dirt parking for additional car. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Capitola Breeze Condo (Listing# 1469178) is right next door and sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios can connect through a gate in the back fence (which can be opened if renting both units). Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

The host was extremely communicative, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The view and amenities were fantastic. We loved being so close to downtown and the beach, and enjoyed walking along the coast each day. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The VRBO was in great condition, clean, and attractive. It's walking distance to the beach and has a good view of the water. We appreciated a parking space under the unit. The owner was very helpful as well. Good experience.
