Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Capitola Breeze Condo (Listing# 1469178) is right next door and sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios can connect through a gate in the back fence (which can be opened if renting both units). Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

150 steps to the beach was not an exaggeration! It was amazing to be that close!The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect beachy vibe for our trip.With 3 kids under 6, we appreciated the back patio area, and a well- stocked kitchen and a great barbecue for our meals. That meant cocktails at one of the many restaurants right down the street. Communication was perfect with Jennifer. We are already planning our next visit!
