About this house rental
Walk to the beach and downtown Capitola! Charming 3 bedroom house with two rare off-street parking spots that fits two families of four! January through April checkout is 5pm and the rest of the year whenever we don't have renters the next day! One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! It is set up with high speed internet and desks to Zoom as well as to load up the beach cart with beach chairs and a cooler to walk to the beach! An outdoor table and gas grill make this a perfect getaway.
If 12% city tax for Capitola on the total of the rental plus cleaning fee is not included in your tax calculation through VRBO then it will be requested separately.
Since this home is in the Village there may be street noise. The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep and short. Everyone should use the handrail when on the stairs. The heater is located in the downstairs living room on the wall with space heaters in each bedroom that can be on dressers/desks. Please note all of these heaters get hot to the touch when on. The two parking spots are cozy with one minivan and one Honda CRV.

Great location. Awkward bathroom for downstairs bedroom, no free TV but kitchen was was well-stocked. Would rent again.
