Immediately feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

We were very pleasantly surprised by everything about this lovely home. So well stocked with anything and everything you might need. Parking was great for two SUV cars. Loved the front deck for sitting and watching all the busy people walking, running, driving by. The back patio was secure to leave our sandy beach umbrellas, shoes, towels and toys....we will go back again.
