FULL OCEAN VIEWS from entire second floor, with views of Capitola Wharf, Capitola Beach and Capitola Village.
Situated between Capitola Wharf and the foot-bridge going over to Margaritaville -- a quick walk to Capitola Village with its quaint shops & great restaurants.

*NOTE: in the summer months (June, July and August) we require a 3-night minimum stay; the rest of the year it's a 2-night minimum stay.

We have rented Capitola #8 for 30 years. We have an annual family reunion where we rent 4 or 5 places. #8 is always the headquarters because of the location. Our hosts are super easy to work with and the cabin itself exceeds our needs. We will continue to enjoy the cabin and Capitola in Venetian for many years to come.

Location, location, location! We have rented several unique properties in the area over the years, and this one was truly a gem for our family. We have three teenagers, and they were able to safely explore the area together, walk to get ice cream, and visit the arcade just five minutes from the rental. The proximity to the beach also cannot be overstated, it made for an incredibly relaxing week.Because we live only about two hours north, driving made it easy to bring our own sheets and towels. After purchasing new sheets specifically for our stay, I couldn't help but feel a little bad thinking about how many guests likely do the same, then donate or throw them away because they don't fit the beds in their own homes (we donated 2 out of the 3 sets). It just doesn't feel like the most sustainable approach. Other than that minor detail, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

What a dream spot!! Steps to the beach. I grew up in Aptos and still have two adult children who live there! We were thrilled to finally see and stay in one of these condos! The kitchen was well appointed and the over all feeling was exactly what you would expect. I have a couple of suggestions mostly the cleanliness of the bedding, bedspreads, blankets, and the cleanness of the down stairs bathroom. Over all I would return I found the owner very receptive, and the location is a 10. Thank you for a check off our family bucket list!!

The ceilings are not low they are extremely low. Downstairs if you are 5’10 or taller you have to duck. The shower upstairs is for someone under 5’ and the bathroom downstairs is not usable for any adult.
