With private parking, security camera outside the front door, and a private upstair patio you can relax and unwind. Granite countertops throughout, wood windows, french doors and a gas fireplace add to the relaxing retreat aesthetic. A queen sofa sleeper is available for your comfort.
You will love being in the middle of all that Capitola Village has to offer. World class restaurants like The Shadowbrook are a short drive or easy walk away. Gourmet cafes, wine tasting rooms, bars and boutique shopping await. Rent a fishing boat off the Capitola wharf, kayak or stand up paddle or surf at a family friendly surf spot. There are so many memories to make!
