Come and stay in this charming semi-detached townhouse, ideally located in the heart of the seaside and family resort of Merville Franceville. The shops are just a few steps away, the beach is 400 meters away and the pumptrack is only 600 meters away.
The house located at the end of a courtyard and out of sight, is accessible by a pedestrian door overlooking the Avenue de Paris. You can enjoy a terrace with a pergola to shelter you from the Normandy sun. Sun loungers are available for your comfort outside.
Inside, you will find two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed each and two shower rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fitted kitchen.
The bright veranda will allow you to enjoy the view while being sheltered.
The house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a television.
