The location was ideal. We flew to Paris and rented car and drove to Bayeux. Then parked the car at Place Charles de Gaulle for 2 days. Our tour guide picked us up both days from your home and the car was safe though quite a distance from the home. We walked to 2 restaurants for dinner that were great, Patanella was exceptional.
There were 2 down side issues which could not have been prevented by the host. Two of our party had knee and feet issues, so the stairs were a slight problem for them. Also, on site parking would have been preferable, however, the host could not have done anything about that either.

Very conveniently located right in the heart of the historic district. The host was very communicative and helpful
The description of the property was missing two key pieces of information. There’s only one full bathroom with a shower, which is shared between the two main bedrooms. Plus, there are three flights of stairs, not ideal for our in-laws who are in their mid 80s and my poor husband who had to carry everyone’s suitcases up.
