Great amenities and great location in this comfortable apartment.

Great location! Had all of the amenities we needed. Nice sized refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable.

The master bathroom had a sink and shower, but no toilet. In the main hall there was another shower and sink. The toilet room was a tiny separate room you needed to access through the laundry room. A little inconvenient to use the toilet and then go down the hall to wash your hands. Also, they wanted us to separate the recyclables and take them out when we left, but we couldn’t find recycle bins outside the apartment.

Overall the experience was good, but could do with a bit of tweaking.

The location was great. Central and overlooked lively street. It was an old building but it had been well modernised and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. If had wanted an iron etc all was provided. Clearly there is an ethic of organic and environmentally friendly thinking which we liked.

We are 2 ladies over 75 yrs. The steps were a challenge with suitcases. Although 2 bathrooms we did not realise there was only 1 toilet in a very small space. The welcome sheet on the table said 'supply of towels, linen and toiletries'. But there were no toiletries which seemed a bit mean. We had to buy shampoo and shower gel. We couldn't get the tv to work, and no instructions. We weren't too bothered so didn't inform you when we were there. The pillows were poor and could do with being replaced. The balcony could have been a really nice area to sit outside, but it was not looked after and not inviting. It didn't entirely meet our expectations but don't want to be too critical as it was a pleasant stay.

A lovely base to explore Bayeux

In the heart of Bayeux with a beautiful and spacious combined living/dining/kitchen area. Lovely natural light through the wall to wall windows (with great sound proofing). The management team are thorough and efficient in their communication which we greatly appreciated.

For the price, a bit of care to the balcony would make a big difference (improved table and chairs, tending to the plants). We found the squeaky spring beds caused disrupted sleep.

I would hesitate on this property next time. I didn't enjoy my stay and think the price was overpric

Location was great. Parking was difficult. Bathrooms were nice because remodeled and looked very new.

We tried to boil water and white stuff came off the 2 pots we used. So couldn't feel safe using the pots. Tried using the washing machine and my clothes has white pieces of slimy gunk on it. I'm not sure what it was but it was very gross. My laundry felt dirtier after the wash.

A great apartment in the perfect Bayeux location

This is a fabulous property. It is in the most central location and very spacious. The apartment has a lovely balcony which allows plenty of light which is excellent. There are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a shared toilet. Good supplies in the kitchen with plenty of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Provider gave prompt instructions and excellent information prior and was available to answer questions. Great place!

Issue with the washing machine which provider will repair in due course. Just unlucky.

Location Location

Excellent location within walking distance to tapestry, cathedral, commonwealth cemetery, museum and all restaurants etc. Comfortable two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet separate to the bathrooms, small balcony with a lovely street view. Kitchen well stocked with plates etc. You may think there’s no cutlery however there is a drawer within a drawer with everything you’ll need so make sure to look properly.

Only issue we had was with washing machine not working to our expectations. We did contact owner/agent to discuss and ended up using laundromat 2 mins away. Not really a problem

The instructions of how to access the keys were difficult because they were sent by WhatsApp. We did not have connection on phone, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Also, we pay for the apartment like we would a hotel. We did not appreciate a list of things to do to clean up after ourselves. We are guests not maids.

Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment really centrally located

The apartment was clean and well presented- perfect location right in the centre of Bayeux- everything was so close- easy walk. We were family of 5 and was very spacious and comfortable. Great shower - good pressure and temperature. The owner was so responsive and friendly.

the only point of note is if using the sofa bed in the lounge room the street lights outside don’t go off until 1am- blinds aren’t block out but do limit the ‘shine’ into the room.
