Amazing stay, we'd stay there again

Great location, lovely hosts, recently renovated, nice design,. comfortable. We appreciated the tour guides too. We'd love to stay at your apartment again.

It would be lovely if it had some stools in the bathroom for small kids to reach the sinks. Also we'd prefer newer pillows. You already offer a good selection of necessities, some olive oil and sugar would be lovely, although you may already offer sugar, we just couldn't find it. Also black tea for British would be great!

Very comfortable rooms in a fantastic location.

It was fantastic to be so close to restaurants and shopping, and downtown activities. Overall we loved staying somewhere historic, yet comfortable and updated.

It was difficult sometimes with only one key, and that key was required to open the doors both from the inside and outside, for both the upstairs and downstairs doors. So we all had to go everywhere all at the same time, or lock someone upstairs in the rooms with no ability to exit the locked door from the inside (which made me worried about fire hazard). I'm sorry if we left the downstairs door unlocked the first time we went upstairs, not understanding that someone else's flat was accessed from the same door.

Apartment was very well equipped

Did not like the access via 4 flights of narrow, irregular stairs and the fact that access to bathroom and toilet from the master bedroom was through the second bedroom. No bedside table or lamps were supplied and the master bed was crammed between the wall and door, giving no easy access

Wonderful quirky heaven of peace in the center of Bayeux

Wonderful heaven of peace in the center of Bayeux. While the staircase of the house is very scrabby, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, set up on two levels with interconnected bedrooms, with a bathroom on the upper floor and a separate toilet mid-way up the stairs. Perfect for us!

The stairs going up to the apartment were old and not very clean, I was worried upon entrance to the building that the apartment was going to be bad, but the apartment is great once you get to it.

Perfect location and beautiful remodeled interior

We love the location! We were right in the center of Bayeux. Once we parked our car, we never had to drive again! Also, the interior of the apartment was lovely. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner that we cooked at home as well as just hanging out in the apartment.

We enjoyed everything about this apartment.

5pm check in, 10 am checkout was extreme on both ends. Listed as on site free parking, which it wasn’t. Communication by owner was curt and dismissive.

Really good value apartment in the perfect location for Bayeux

Location literally could not be better. The key box is hidden away, the hist’s directions were perfect, but we doubted ourselves as you have to get right in front of the door to see the key box. Kitchen is great, shower room good, toilet fine - the only real area needing improvement is that the communal staircase is pretty grotty, but obviously that’s not the host’s issue.

Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic apartment, very comfortable, this apartment had everything. The location is fantastic. We hired a car to do the 5 beaches, parking was free and great location to do the visits. Beautiful restaurants and bars all close to hand, the bayeux tapestry is around the corner. We even had coffee, t/bags, salt, sugar, washing up liquid, detergents to wash clothes. We will definitely be back. Beds are very comfortable and apartment is lovely and clean. Great value for money.

Perfekt (bis auf das Treppenhaus)

Das Apartment ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet; es hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Jessica, unsere Ansprechpartnerin, hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, in der man kostenlos parken kann. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist ruhig, aber man ist in wenigen Schritten im lebhaften Zentrum. Und was noch erwähnt werden muss : Bayeux ist eine sehr schöne, alte Stadt, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt.

Das Treppenhaus ist alt, sehr eng und sehr schmutzig. Der erste Eindruck hat uns geschockt. Im Schlafzimmer wäre eine Kommode praktisch gewesen, in der man Wäsche und T-Shirts hätte verstauen können.

Super plek en leuk huisje

Leuke plek midden gelegen in Bayeux! Heerlijk huisje met een ruim uitgerust keuken en schoon!

Het futon bed is wat smal voor 2 volwassenen. Daarmee ook wat vervelend dat wanneer je in de aparte slaapkamer verblijft, je altijd langs het futon bed loopt voor de badkamer of WC. Het futon bed ligt dus als het ware op de gang en niet in een aparte kamer.
