The house really couldn’t be better! It’s beautifully decorated and clean, has most everything you could need, and is so spacious. The yard and privacy, and easy parking, were such a nice bonus. Absolutely perfect location, so close walking to the busy town center but on a very quiet street. Carine was responsive, had almost no special requirements about checking out, and was right next door if needed. Having a dryer in addition to the washer was also a plus. Can’t imagine a much better place to stay in Bayeux!

The house was absolutely charming, sparkling clean, with attention to every detail a guest could need. Check in and communication was prompt and very easy. Location was very quiet street with lovely gardens to relax in. I didn’t notice laundry being available on listing but there is both a washer and dryer on the property. An easy walking distance to downtown Bayeux for shopping and restaurants. We found this location restful and convenient as we toured Mt St Michel one day and spent another day at the D-Day Memorial area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little house close to the center of Bayeux. Very well equipped, a short walk to boulangeries, patisseries, restaurants and groceries. Comfortable beds, nearly instantaneous communications with host Carine, and a nice quiet location. If you are lucky, you may get a visit from the gorgeous Gaspard the cat!

Honestly this is the most beautiful, well equipped and spacious house I have ever rented. And I have rented properties all over the world. Communication was very easy, check in was easy, and location was excellent to explore Bayeux and all the beauty of Normandy. Carine’s taste in all of the furnishing, fixtures, linens, bedding and kitchen items are impeccable. I can not rate this property highly enough. This house is truly one of the best VRBO we have stayed in. It is even nicer in person than in the photos. Great bright home and super super clean. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. We loved it. Close to Bayeux old town and a great launching spot for all the war sites. Communication was quick and accurate. A stress free experience all around. I’d recommend this to anyone. We were a family of 4 adults. Lots of space.

This is a house, all on the ground level, with magnificent space! It is an easy walk to everything in town, and secure, private parking. The home is beautifully decorated. House was spatious, immaculate, quiet, and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed, including laundry facilities which were much needed at the midpoint of a two-week trip. The private gated garden was lovely and parking was easy once we mastered backing in through the automatic gate. The beautiful town center was just a five minute walk, the first part along a narrow street, but mostly along a tree-lined stream. Exactly what our family of four needed for our excursions to Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, and the American Cemetery.
