Lovely chalet, good location.

Lovely chalet, fully equipped for self catering with a great decking area to sit of an evening watching the chickens in the garden. Good location as Bayeux centre is walkable and The Normandy beaches are an easy drive. There is a great farm style shop and Boulangerie just five minutes walk away.

Recharge spot from the touring

Beautiful design of the tiny home and great location just out of the city center. Very warm and accommodating host. Would absolutely stay again and recommend for families. Easy parking. GPS took us straight there even tho we didn't quite believe we were going the right direction down the little dirt road. They have managed to provide a very private and pleasant patio in the middle of other houses. Tempted us to forgo the tourist spots and hang out with the chickens all day.

It's not a bad thing, just be aware that the bathroom is accessed via the one private bedroom. Worked fine for us :-)

Uitstekende locatie voor middellang verblijf.

Ruim en ideaal voor twee personen. Schoon en volledig uitgerust. Parkeren op eigen terrein in rustige buitenwijk. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan D-day stranden en achterland. Ondanks afwezigheid van gastvrouw, liep alles gesmeerd.

Abenteuer in Bayeux

Das Chalet liegt etwas außerhalb in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut gewesen. Es gibt für alle Fenster Rolladen. Das Chalet ist sauber und neu gewesen. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war sehr schön. Es gibt viel Platz. Es kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Es gibt eine Terrasse, die wir aber wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Gegenüber vom Chalet leben ein paar Hühner, die beobachtet werden können. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich. Hier können mehrere Tage verbracht werden. Von Bayeux aus kann man die Normandie gut erkunden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten uns gut erholen. Dankeschön!

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte sind uns aufgefallen: Die Lampen im Chalet sind zwar sehr schön, sie sind allerdings sehr dunkel. Wir hätten uns mehr Licht in den Zimmern gewünscht. Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Das war nicht so schön. Da wir sehr müde waren, konnten wir trotzdem durchschlafen. Bei mehr als zwei Personen muss man durch das Schlafzimmer, um ins Bad zu kommen und es wirkte so als müsste man etwas sportlicher sein, um über die Treppe in das obere Geschoss zu kommen.

Gute, verkehrsgünstige Lage, das Chalet ist neu gebaut und technisch und hinsichtlich Ausstattung auf aktuellem Stand, absolut ruhige Gartenlage, überdachter Carport unmittelbar am Chalet, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Sehr heiß in den Innenräumen bei Ankunft; starke Sonneneinstrahlung: warum hatte man die elektrischen Rollos nicht geschlossen? Das Bett ist mit ca. 160 cm Breite gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Zudecke und die Kopfkissen unbequem.

Très beau chalet, bien équipé et décoré, face a un joli poulailler (le coq est très sage). Pratique pour découvrir la région, mais avec une voiture obligatoire

On l’a trouvé assez excentré par contre, et on a eu comme un arrière-goût d’être sur le parking des gens mais c’est franchement anecdotique

Wir haben uns bei Le Chalet de St Vigor in Saint-Vigor-le-Grand rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war großzügig und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für ein leckeres Frühstück oder Abendessen braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir können Le Chalet de St Vigor uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in der Normandie.
