It was very well located, easy to access and extremely well equipped to “live in”, with all cleaning supplies provided. Very comfortable sofa and dining table and good outdoor space for breakfast/dinner. The bathrooms were very big and nice walk in showers. There were three toilets in the house.
The washing machine destroyed my kids shorts, but the host was really nice and eager to replace them. There weren’t toiletries so I would bring your own. It was really hot, and there was only one fan in the house.

Notified the Villa on our arrival in Ouisterham, they messaged back with what time they would be there. All went well. Keys were handed over and a brief tour carried out.
Rubbish disposal was explained (recycling) and we were shown the surround sound and projector screen.
Only draw back was lack of private parking, there is lots of free on street parking, and a carpark a short walk away. That though is extortionate for any stay over 3 hours. The courtyard is shared access with another part of the villa. Be prepared for people walking past your windows. Do not let the view of the property from the road put you off. Behind the main door is an absolute gem.

There were little things broken everywhere. looks nice at a cursory glance, but a lot could be improved.
