Excellent location. Both the hotel and nearby street parking was easy to find, and the busier area with restaurants relatively close. I use a lightweight mobility scooter and enjoyed the generously sized accessible room on the ground floor. Care has been taken to make it easy to access (with an outward opening door) but you still need to negotiate cobbles in the courtyard.
Being on the ground floor is great but it does mean you either loose outlook or privacy. However what I miss most when I'm travelling is the lack of a comfortable arm chair.

The location was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was good though I didn't know we had to pay extra for it.
There were limited choice of breakfast but overall it was good.

The staff were great very kind, went out of their way to help, they stored luggage, did late check-in and ordered a taxi for me. Very nice staff.
The bed was very hard. They could have more soap for the room, maybe a fridge for the room would be super helpful too.
