Lovely French cottage in a great location for exploring the D-day landing beaches by car. Very clean with modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and traditional stone walls in the living areas and bedrooms. Like the other reviews say, good quality bedding is left on each bed for you to make up yourself so you can see the beds are clean. The outside areas all well kept with lovely fruit trees. Our host responded to messages quickly and gave clear instructions on how to access the property.
If you want to eat out in the evening, there isn’t much within walking distance. Wasn’t a problem for our family stay, we ate at the property every night and enjoyed the quietness of the location.

C'est vraiment une superbe maison avec trois espaces jardins clos. Parfait pour les chiens.
La maison a beaucoup de caractère ; une grande cuisine dînatoire, un salon confortable, deux chambres, une salle de bains a l'étage et une salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée.
C'est à même pas 5 minutes de marche de la batterie de Longues et a une petite quinzaine de minutes en voiture de Bayeux.
La reprise des clés est facile (boîte à clés).
Le contact avec la propriétaire était efficace et amical.
Un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

Wir waren als Familie einige Tage in den Ferien und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die grosse Küche ist gut eingerichtet und der Garten ist einfach super. Sogar bei Regen kann man unter der Laube im Garten gemütlich essen. Sehr praktisch sind auch die beiden Badezimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We liked the typical French rural style and location
The beds weren't made up, just clean unironed bedlinen left on the duvet. There was no headboard on the beds which would have made it look a bit smarter and the base of the beds had seen better days
The house number was incorrect so we had to find it by wandering up and down the street.
The turning into the gate and the entrance itself is tight for an SUV - not a criticism, just a heads up.
