The property is divided into 2 self-contained living areas connected via an exterior staircase, with no internal connecting door between the floors, making it equally suited to a single large group or 2 separate parties booking the whole house together.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, as well as a satellite TV for your entertainment. From this level, you have access to a balcony. This floor offers 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 further room with 1 single bed. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 1 hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The bathroom facilities on this level consist of a shower with WC and a separate bathroom with both a bath and shower combined with a WC.
