It was decent, but not the best for sure.

It has a beautiful view!

Getting to and from the property was difficult. No Taxis, or Uber. And getting the luggage to the cabin was unsafe.

Ants Beautiful location but as a result the property is up an enormous hill - you need a car to get here. Local transport is nearly non-existent, and site unfortunately unable to help. Wet room/ low shower tray not convenient. Walking space difficult to keep dry.

Picturesque but flawed.

Chiara was accessible by WhatsApp and tried to be accommodating but communication was bit haphazard.

It the path had been properly surfaced life would have been easier. There is no mention in the description of the need to be a mountain goat. At this time of year, late October when the olive harvest is in progress parking is far from easy at the end of the day.

Buzzing brilliant

Loved the view and the staff were very helpful when needed. The accommodation was a prefect size for us, clean and good facilities. We loved the bee keeping.on site and fresh honey which tasted delicious. The walk down to the town was beautiful

We had some issues with the transport to the accomodation as there were only two taxi companies in Bellano and only one was working at our time. The solution for this was we hired a car one day and a scooter for a couple of days.

Very nice place - but oversold by the landlord.

The house was as expected, the view was wonderful.

It was informed that we had to have a 6 min walk to from then car to the house. What we were not informed about was that is also was placed 10 min drive away from the reception and swimming pool. It was advertised with access to a swimming pool. But the access was not in walking distance. The access to the house from the public path was very slippery in rain, the elevation was 5 - 6 m, no stairs, no railings just stones and grass. If one us had been walking poorly, it would have been impossible to come to the house when it had rained. We had to used a private parking lot, if we wanted to park close to the house and on the last day the owner of the parking lot gave us a written complaint. The landlord had no right to administer the parking lot we were told to use. If just the landlord had explained everything in details before we signed the contract, we would still have rented the house and we would have known what to expect.

Incredible views!

Kara who looked after us whilst we were at the property was lovely and so helpful. The views were incredible, one of the best parts of the holiday. The restaurant on site was amazing too!

The apartments are based on a honey farm which is lovely however the bees come up and stay around the pool

everything perfect except lack of transportation services . we couldn’t enjoy our stay to the fullest as we didn’t have

very friendly staff, clean, amazing view overlooking lake como and towns. swimming pool is clean. well maintained. quiet.

far from central, if you don’t have your own car then you are stuck at the apartment. going to central means 30 minutes down the hill with dangerous trail and walking up hiking is even more hard and not easy. takes almost 45 minutes. there’s not many or any bus services at all available. The entire town has only two taxi services which is almost impossible to available. We couldn’t enjoy the town as much we expected because of lack of transportation services. so be prepared if you’re want to enjoy your stay. make sure you have your own car.

very convenient and comfortable apartment with small, nice swimming pool with lovely view at the lake. The host Chiara was very friendly and gave as a drive by her private car down to the town, as it was heavily raining and we needed to catch a train. there is a restaurant with nice offer of local food and drinks. full recommendation.

Uncomfortably beautiful

The location is great - 15 minutes driving from the towns on Lago di Como. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. The landlady helped us book a place in the restaurant near the hut.

Where do I start? 1. The bed is actually made out of 2 very cheap twin beds with 1 big sheet covering them together. 2. There's no hot water (!!!) we let the water run for 15 minutes before they turned to room temp. Even after the Landlady came with a technician to adjust the water temp we still didn't have warm water. (we stayed at the winter at around 7 degrees c) . 3. The heating of the hut is based on a small ac (who does not do much) and a radiator that warms the place unevenly and makes the noise of a washing machine while spinning. So you have to chose between a warm night or a quiet night. 3. The toilet is very uncomfortable. Too high (I'm 180 c"m...) and the seat is just shaped awkwardly. 4. No closet nor a designated place to store your close (or anything...). 5. The stairs from the ground floor to the attic (where the beds are) are very narrow. 6. We were a couple and found the place pretty small. Wouldn't recommend to arrive in a party of 3 or God forbids more (you'll need to crawl your way to the extra bed).

If you plan to have a relaxing stay I recommend you book a different room than the seperate Maisonette. You need to walk for 10 minutes through the woods with luggage etc. No way to access differently and path is not lighted and dangerous to slip. Walking up in the sun you will be exhausted when reaching your car.

Good price/quality, clean and convenient.

Accomodation located overlooking Bellano. 5min by car to the city center, or 30min downhill over walkway. Our apartment was new and clean, next to the pool and with views on the Como lake. Next to the pool, there is a restaurant which we highly recommend. Nice food and very convenient, also overlooking the Lake. From Bellano, easy connections to all villages along the beautiful Lake Como. Highly recommended for a stay of a couple of days.

Fantastic meant to be honeymoon

Wow wow wow! Sadly our wedding was postponed due to covid but we decided to go on our honeymoon anyway and we are so glad we did! Firstly the location - STUNNING! We had the most amazing room with all you needed and extra blankets for the chilly nights. Very clean! Secondly Sabrina! THANK YOU! She had so much time for us, text back to any questions and made us feel very special!!! Even a complimentary bottle of local Prosecco and farmed honey! The weather took a real turn for a worse and we had an entire day at the apartment- it was lovely and cozy- drinking, eating and even doing a dip in the pool 🥶 but brilliant! Bellano is a walk or car drive away but highly recommend walking. Although it is steep. 2020 has been a year most would want to forget but Italy has made it one we will cherish forever! Hope to be back at this lovely accommodation x

Lake Como is a spectacular place, the house we rented was OK, but price-quality not correct.

The property is located well to visit all the places around Lake Como, but you need to make sure to have a car. Swimmingpool is a bonus and welcome after a long day of exploring around the lake. Very quiet location. Owners are very friendly but not really visible much.

The house was convenient, but not really met our expectations. A very small cupboard with only 6 clothes hangers for 2 women is absolutely not enough. No one was around to ask for more so after a while we did not bother to go looking for the owners anymore. I killed 2 scorpions inside the house, which was a little scary. The view from the house is spectacular only the huge high voltage poles were a downer. Our terrace next to the street was not really inviting to sit down and eat. The staircase inside the house was narrow and steep and not so good for our dog.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (avec ado). Chiara a été très disponible, la maisonnette était agréable et la piscine un grand plus ! Il y avait un plateau avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour le premier petit déjeuner. Nous avons profité de ces quelques jours pour randonner. Le "sentiero del viandante" notamment passe tout près.

La maison étant dans les hauteurs, prévoir de faire les allers-retours vers Bellano en voiture (on a trouvé à se garer en tournant un peu) ou à pied (attention: au retour ça monte fort).

Très mauvais séjour

Chiara est sympa mais malheureusement ça ne fait pas tout.Effectivement la vue de la terrasse est très belle mais l’isolement et l’accès dangereux gâche le plaisir

Accès au logement très dangereux, résultat on a pas envie d’aller à la piscine.On reçoit un mail en ce sens mais la veille quand on a tout payé et qu’on ne peut plus annuler et pas d’autre option car la structure était complète. Logement humide, pas de rideaux que des voilages donc merci le réveil à 6h!Plaque de cuisson qui ne chauffe pas et en plus ne s’éteint pas on a du disjoncter la partie cuisine.Impossible de se garer plus près du sentier un peu moins difficile mais tout aussi long au risque de se faire defoncer la voiture car c’est le bord d’une route étroite et très passante et dangereuse à traverser d’ailleurs pour accéder au centre-ville ville à 20 min transpirant !Prevoyer chaussures de randonnée et bâton de marche pour accéder au logement.Ah et en cours de chemin vous vous ferez une petite frayeur avec le chien de la seul maison que vous croiserez qui vous aboie dessus en vous suivant, merci le stress pour mon plus jeune fils!Et pas de prise dans la chambre double que celle de la table de chevet pour brancher le ventilateur car comme les chambres sont sous le toit c’est un four, sinon v’est le ventilateur dans la tronche toute la nuit!Ma photo vous situe la maison par rapport au reste de la structure

Vildeste udsigt - det er alt værd 😍. Virkelig valuta for pengene. Ikke luksuslejlighed, men rent og pænt og perfekt. Vigtig man prioriterer at tage turen ned til byen via den gamle route derned og se de vilde vandfald på vejen. Overvej taxa retur pga. højden.
