Villa Rosa Perla is a refuge far from noise and stress; immersed in greenery surrounded by a large garden, it invites you to slow down and find peace, between mountains and golden skies at dawn that illuminate the large terrace. Are you looking for peace? Serenity? A nest to reflect, read or enjoy a quiet corner? This is what you will find at Villa Rosa Perla. It is located 3 minutes walk from the public car park, nestled in the small ancient hamlet of Perla, in the municipality of Schignano.
To reach it you walk along ancient cobbled mule tracks.
Nearby is a beautiful granite fountain from which fresh spring water flows.
Around the Villa, a fenced garden, a lounge with sofas, a stone fireplace and a beautiful piano; in the summer, the most pleasant place is the terrace kissed by the morning sun, cheered by the song of birds at dawn and crickets at night.
Given its size, with three habitable bedrooms and possible extra beds in the large living room, Villa Rosa Perla welcomes large groups. It is an oasis of peace just a few kilometers from Lake Como and the Intelvi trails, ideal for resting... or for doing nothing, but doing it well!
The dream terrace is the ideal place to relax your mind and body, far from the chaos of daily life: yoga and meditation in the morning find their ideal context. There is no air conditioning because, fortunately, it is not needed: we are 700 meters above sea level, and the coolness is never lacking, even on the hottest summer days!
The surrounding greenery invites you to walk along the trails of the Intelvi mountains (a few kilometers away, and still reachable on foot from the villa, is the start of the magnificent Sentiero delle Espressioni, but in a few kilometers by car you can reach Argegno, a small jewel overlooking the lake or the Balcone d'Italia at the Sighignola peak with a view of the entire Alpine arc). You can invent a pleasant barbecue or opt for a moment of meditation and reading.
