Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not).

I paid for a room with queen bed , a single bed and a sofa cama and when I got there It was only 4 single ( smaller than single) beds. Furthermore, it did say it have free parking and it is not true. They asked to pay 8 € per day. Another bad thing, it did not say anywhere on the page that it does not have air conditioning,so they wanted me to pay an extra Charge of 5 € per day. When I try to call the person in charge, she told me she could not do nothing because her boss was on vacation. I tried to call again and turned off her phone so nonbody were answering. It has been a bad experience not only with this apartment but also with Hotels.com

Not a very pleasant exoerience there at all. We arrived slightly earlier and wondered about check in. There is no reception so we had to spend 30 mins trying to ring an italian number and when we finally got through the lady spoke only Italian (which is fine but if you are advertising a hotel on many english websites at least have 1 memver that speaks english or a whatsapp number so we could text and translate). She was no help and we were waiting till 4:30 to check in when the check in time on the website was in fact 4, in Italian summer heat this was frustrating. The Wifi didnt work and there was no air conditioning. When checking out there was a certain time the downstairs office was open and when we got there at that time to check out, the man in charge wasnt available. We waited from 9-10 to hand in the key and he still didnt arrive. In frustation and time constraints we had to give the key to another resident who lived there to pass on. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL / APPARTMENT. If at all possible stay in a nicer hotel and consider paying more for a better experience.
