The hotel, the staff, the location—everything was excellent. I requested a quiet room in advance because we were traveling with our dog, and we were given a perfect room, which meant we all slept wonderfully. We will definitely be back next time!

Unfortunately, we were unable to use the charging point for electric vehicles with a non-Italian mobile phone. However, the staff did everything they could to help us, for which we are very grateful!

Convenient for motorway, local restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was expensive. No useable electric car charging points.

​This hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but I wouldn't even give it one star. ​The Room & Bed: The sleeping conditions were awful. The bed was extremely small and consisted of a mattress stacked on top of another mattress. It was so unstable that I actually fell out of bed during the night. Furthermore, there was no proper wardrobe for clothes. ​Cleanliness: The room was not clean. Housekeeping even left dirty glasses in the room between days without washing or replacing them. ​Maintenance: The air conditioning could not be adjusted. When I complained, the staff claimed they fixed it, but nothing changed. ​Conclusion: I only booked here because other places were fully booked. Please, do yourself a favor and choose one of the many other excellent hotels in the area. This one is simply not worth it.

Breakfast was good. You have a assortment of fruit and breads cereals. Eggs and bacon as well.Easy to use espresso machines. Staff is very thorough in the cleaning of tables. Staff showed hospitality.

The music in the morning in the breakfast rooms. Could have been less loud and softer sounding. Kind of annoying. In our room we couldn't adjust the heat which made it stuffy and made it hard to sleep as the noise was from the systems too loud.

Shower good , bed comfy

No coffee making facilities, no complementary water, no tissues, toilet seat was broken, and lots of noise outside the front of the hotel while trying to sleep.
