Highly recomend if you need to stay couple days for Milano Expo as I did.
It was quite place to sleep, good access to Fierra Milano Expo by public bus. Local Market 5min walking. Friendly landlord. Very close for PhoFierra railway station if you need connection to Malpensa Airport or metro M1 to citycenter.

It's a Villa not a Hotel , Shared Toilet , and not comfortable place if you travel a lone.
This Property should be AirPnP , because no Reception , and Runs by a family trying to do there best . Shared Toilet is not comfortable for me at all, specially if you needed Toilet in midnight you will go out of your room and need to dress because it is in same Corridor of other rooms. The location is inside a complex of houses not on Street. and very small Hotel Signboard not seen by taxi and hanged on the Door of Villa. The Owner family is so nice people and trying to do there best.
Shared Toilet, not a Hotel (Almost Airpnp), location not in the street but inside a housing complex.
