Good choice if location is more important than comfort

Best location I've found for travelling to Fieramilano - the station is next door and trains are quick and regular. Was also pleasantly surprised by the restaurant options nearby

The location is great to reach central as there is a train station 1 minute walk away.

The property did not have any plug sockets near the bed side, only available plug there to use was the plug socket behind the TV. The shower was not clean when I arrived and the pillow case had a stain on it. I also did not appreciate how one of the hotel staff member racially profiled me and threatened to call the police on me for no apparent reason. The behaviour I received was hostile which made my stay super uncomfortable and feeling fearful. It was difficult for me to enjoy my stay because of the xenophobic treatment I received. I also did not understand why I needed to return my room key back to the hotel staff each time I popped out to start my day, there was no explanation given to me why I needed to do this when I have all my personal belongings in that room to be safe, which also made me not feel safe at all during my stay. I have stayed in 1 star hotels before and not experienced anything like this.

the worst experience ever .

i didn’t like any thing, I got depressed so the sink of toiled was locked , the quality of the room was disaster I can hear the snoring of the other person in the room next To me .

there is no option to order food or coffee , but the front desk was nice .

Calm and convenient

The location was great! The hotel is very close to the station so you can easily get public transport to go to nearest cities like Monza, Como and Milan. The size of the room was suitable and comfortable for two people with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom and the room were cleaned every day by the cleaners. The view from the 5th floor was surprisingly suggestive :) The reception opened 24h was a great service as we arrived very late in the night. A big selection of pastries, fruits and other food for breakfast completed our stay at the Esperia Hotel and the staff was always happy to help. I greatly recommend if you want to visit Lombardia and sleep in a quite town :)

Perfect hotel if do not like to feel safe and warm. You can spend your time with pleasure talking with xenophobic receptionist about unsafety guest from different nations. You can comfortably freeze in your room at night because you know redundant heating is harmfully to your health.
