Did not like, do not recommend

The staff spoke Russian/Ukrainian too and was helpful.

It was not a comfortable stay. Somehow, did not like almost everything there. I was travelling with a child. The last drop was a sound of neighbor guests having sex in another room. A free parking is 5 minutes walking distance, not safe one.

Very disappointing

The advert on Booking.com is very misleading! This is not a Hotel or a BNB. Definitely not suited to business travellers. The place is just a room, that's it. No option of any kind of breakfast

No reception area, no dining room to have breakfast if you want, staff could not speak English

Not very good experience

Very poor accomodation, dated and not very clean. Very loud at night as the walls are very thin. The noise is unberable as trains are constantly passing by. Quite dangerous area to move around, as many people walking during the night. I didn't feel safe at all, so I decided to stay only one night instead of two.

Could be cleaner and less loud. Not very well insulated as every noise from other rooms you can hear all the time. Could be more secure as the top point.

The host kindly agreed to let us check in late, however with our flight delay, we ended up checking in 2 hours before we are due to check out!!! The host once again was very king and understanding allowing us to stay few more hours to rest. Thank you.

Good place to spend a night when travelling

Check-in/out was quick and easy. Room was what we asked for (4 places to sleep and a decent bathroom). Perfect to spend the night when on travel.

The free parking actually refers to parking your car in the neighbourhood or a paid private parking. There is no parking foreseen at the residence. Breakfest was disappointing (bottle of water, orange juice and dry sandwish in the fridge).

The place it's hard to find as it's hidden in the courtyard. (No signs) Staff don't speak English and they make you feel like intruder.Its stated in the offer it's room with bed and breakfast but you only get bottle water and muffin.

Easy to get to Milan by car. We were glad the room had air-conditioning and a fridge with a freezer to cool the ice and water! The room was clean, cosy, with a lot of sunlight. Self-service breakfast in the room. Good restaurants and bars nearby on foot.

I was charged twice for my booking and until now have not received the refund. My credit card was charged and they also asked me to pat onsite. Whoever is planning to stay there, please be careful.

What you get for the price you pay is reasonable. Ideal for overnight stopovers.

Location was easy to reach, just nearby the station, a grocery is also nearby. There's a fridge and aircondition that works pretty good.

The staff. The guy we have talked with on the phone seems to be nice. But the lady in the property itself was very rude. She was not friendly at all, plus can't speak any english. Welcomed us with a very rude attitude, even upon checking out she was still the same. Made us feel like a burden instead of a guest. On the site it says free parking, but actually it is free public parking (on the street) outside the property.

Nice rooms, but no safe place for parking

Nice wall paintings, clean, airconditioning (as it was very hot), fridge and coffee machine in room. Nice restaurants and gelato bar nearby.

We could not really communicate with our hostess, as she could not speak English (and not even Italian). Breakfast should be included, but was only one prepackaged brioche per person, which was in the room. The car cannot be parked safely, was parked on a nearby parking place and was broken into. As a result of that almost all our luggage (mainly clothing for 6 people) was stolen. We were on transit to Tuscany and were really upset by that.

The thing would work was rude, handed me the messy room, then asked me to leave so she could clean it up rough. During the week, I'd turn on a tall son when I was doing the cleaning. An unnecessary order. For several days my room wasn't cleaned

Die Struktur und das Zimmer sin sehr Alt, von Sauberkeit war nicht so Sauber und wärendem Duschen kamm Wasser aus der Dusche Tablar zum teil Rostig, sehr ungepflegt mit diesem Geld wäre ich in einem 4 Stern Hotel da ich ca. 450-580 euro bezahlt habe für 2 Nächte ohne Frühstück

Economico per essere a 10 minuti da Milano

Camera piccola ma confortevole, discreto, il gestore è stato così gentile da darci le indicazioni al telefono nonostante fossimo arrivate a mezzanotte (quindi oltre l'orario previsto). Discreto e privacy assicurata.

Il bagno poteva essere più pulito e abbiamo rischiato di cadere dal bidet perché non era fissato al pavimento. Forse non lo consiglierei a chi viaggia con i bimbi...
