The hotel was clean, the room was large, and you have everything you need in the room.

Wifi is poor, the breakfast was a catastrophe—no fee service and a little to eat, especially with kids. I will not recommend to have the breakfast in the hotel.

Worst stay in Milan

It’s a sham in the name of hotel , no proper facility in room , non Co-operative host , useless Wifi, empty buffet for breakfast , the list is tooooo long to mention …… but the most silly part is that the guest is not allowed to sit or wait in the so called lobby ……. If any one is going to visit this hotel be ready for some disgusting and shoddy service …. Best of luck !!!

Nothing is good other than location. located about 500 mtrs from RHO station

staff were not good. No locker in the room. when I went out for morning walk, some one (could be from staff ) have entered the room to steal all cash I had in the bag. They haven’t touched the cards, but taken out all cash. Response from staff upon reporting was very unfriendly and obvious.

At first glance , is passable , but its not even that!

we called to ask the owner if at 23:30 we find anyone there , the description says 24h front desk, the owner started grunting about the hour and told us he will leave the key in the door and he will come in the morning . he came at 2 in the night , started asking for the money, wich on booking was 104€ and he wanted 150€ because of the late hour and giving us an heads up that the price on site si different (we booked online) , a friend of mine gave him 150€ , without me knowing , and when i asked for the money back , he eventually said he doesnt have change and ge will come in the morning to give us the rest, the morning came , we woke up , we waited for him, then he arrived , we asked for the 46€ , and he said he goes to the car to pick up something , and he got into the car and left. avoid this miserable place , the room smelled damp, the building is in a bad shape and very poor maintained .

Its ok as a adjustment when you have no option but to stay. There is only one staff but he is good.

No taxi service available from this location. No support at the hotel. The manager will escort you at a fixed fee. Breakfast is coffee and some bakery products.

No support on site, Wifi in room not working. No cancellation. there is no one to reach too except for one staff who is managing the property well and only reason you can still stay over there.

Was dirty,the bathroom was out of the room and not privet,have mosquitos and spider web ,the sheets was with blank and the door was not locked,its a terrible place to stay,i will not do the same fault again to give my money to something like that,i am wander why booking.com have recommendation like this passion!!!!

It's a cozy place with a small garden and some swings. The breakfast is okay. Owner is very friendly and good person

Only one crossiant per person in the breakfast and is a medium size. Room size is very small. Rate is a little higher compared to Milan as it is outside Milan and we can get a better deal in the city.

Overall good place to stay and affordable, friendly and accomodating host... host

The B&B is quite far from Pero Sporting Club so have to spent extra for taxi in 2 mornings. Joseph assisted us very well and very friendly, even very flexible drove us to Pero Sporting Club 2 mornings, he's very accomodating. Also the household lady was very accomodating, she gave us toothpaste when I forget to bring one. She baked fresh croissants in the morning and allow me to take it out as no time to grab breakfast as boys basketball tournaments started early in the morning. Overall B&B passion is a nice and affordable place to stay. The negative side is only the distance is quite far from Pero Sports Club.

More choices for breakfast, to add hot food like sausages, rashers, eggs, toast, pancakes etc.

the room is too hot, the cooler is not enough to make it cold..then there's no light in the stair where we stayed in the 2nd floor..its scarry and dangerous.

Free parking in accessible location for stop off on journey. Owner tried to be accommodating when cooking facilities were not available.

No aircon working, cooking facilities in room not available, no card machine - had to pay in cash and charged slightly more than advertised. Website pictures not representative of the actual accommodation.

The owner need to take my review very seriously.

Nothing at all unfortunately. My review is going to help the owner in improving his business rather than destroy it. We agreed on a price and I send e mail to let the accommodation staff that i was driving towards the b&b, and i let them know i will arrive at 1:40am, when i checked in the owner was very upset and angry then he wanted to charge me 90 Euro insted of 71 Euro. We decied to cancel the staying there but he decided to drop his price to 79 Euro, i was so tired i Just paid to get few hours sleep. The Room was very basic, the bedsheets were colorful not white it had very strong smell, the tower was black and Grey it show that it's hard to tell if they were clean or not. We just sleeped those few hours with our clothing on. breakfast start 8am and finish 9:30am. Served by the same person ( the owner) Very basic continental breakfast and very limited items Few croissants, few yougurt, cheap juices. Basically the guy is trying to save money in running the place by himself. . Avoid this place it will for sure destroy your expectation and your holiday. I hope booking.com remove it from the choice of b&b because it's not worth staying there.

Very very dispointed, i wouldn't recommend to anyone. Advice for the owner Change your attitude towards your custumer. Get staff who speak english. Change the bedsheets from colourfull to white colour. Change the colour of the tower from black to white then customers can tell if they are clean or not. Offer more choice on breakfast. Extend your breakfast time Now it's from 8:00am till 9:30 Change it to 7:00am till 10:30 pm Change the check out from 10:30am to 11:00am. Good luck

one tip: stay away. Never seen this. "Booking.com unworthy"

- No airco: room around 30 degrees; Guests slept outside or with open doors. Single glass. Mobile airco did not work. - No electricity - total shutdown: no light, no refrigerator, etc. Host was unable to solve this. - B&B hosts do not speak English (not a word). All "communication" had to go via google translate. - A lot of noise during the night because other guests slept outside. - No Wifi. - Only cash payments (no creditcard or debit card) - Poor hygiene and room full with mosquitoes. Per person 30+ bites (one night).
