Disappointing

It was close to the highway and walking distance from a small shopping center. Also nice to have a kitchenette.

We picked it partially because it was hot that day and it said it had air conditioning. But it didn’t work and there are no staff on site to call on for help. We slept with the windows open but then there was quite a lot of noise outside and it took a long time to cool down.

Very poor

The room wasn't ready around 15h as they said it would be. We were tired from the flight and wanted to lay down and have some rest. They wanted us to wait for another hour or so. Then they found the room with double bed instead of two separate like we booked. Out of nowhere, they started knocking on our door around 4PM while we were sleeping, we opened the door - they said a man came to fix the lock ( at 4 PM !!) Unannounced! 4PM Etc etc

Very nice and helpful host! Good size room with convenient kitchenette. Good bathroom. Lovely balcony for eating outside. Good locked and free private parking. Good Wi-Fi.

Super hard beds and pillows. Very thin walls, you can clearly hear people next door speaking in normal voices.

We had a kitchenette so we prepared our meal, but all kitchen utensils were available.

The fact that I saw online that I can pay at the facility but when we got there we were outside for close to an hour before we could get a card to pay.

Ideal for a one night stay close to FieraMilano

The check in process was simple. The location was excellent and we found an excellent restaurant within a comfortable stroll. Good secure parking.

The check in process ties you to a timed slot; not ideal for business travel. The room was a little basic and bed quite uncomfortable. Everything could have been just a little cleaner.

Dat je achteraf hoort dat er extra kosten zijn . Borg en dan nog extra kosten als je de pantry niet goed achterlaat. De vraag is dan altijd , wanneer is het voldoende ?

Апартаменты хорошие и уютные, всё было чисто и аккуратно. Постель и подушки свежие, спать было комфортно. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Приятно удивил небольшой комплимент от хозяев. Остались довольны проживанием, всё понравилось.

Posizione ideale per chi è interessato al padiglione fiera, ma è scomoda per raggiungere Milano centro

Perfetto per andare in fiera e brevi soggiorni.

La posizione per andare in fiera è perfetta. Bagno ampio e confortevole, Organizzazione on line buona. Risposte veloci.

Colanzione al minimo indispensabile. La cucina è veramente essenziale con pochissime stoviglie e accessori. Inoltre, essendo un monolocale sarebbe stato opportuna una cappa aspiratrice, Difficile cucinare in queste condizioni. Infine il parcheggio è veramente risicato: bastano 3-4 auto per riempirlo.

Aspettative soddisfatte,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Nonostante avesse un parcheggio interno non ho mai dovuto usufruirne perché ho trovato sempre posto nelle aree adibite posizionate a 40/50 mt. dalla struttura. Avrei gradito la parte più illuminata dal sole ma probabilmente non era disponibile per il periodo richiesto. Il bagno ampio provvisto di tutto il necessario. Direzione e staff gentile e cortese, sempre pronto a soddisfare le proprie esigenze nel limite del possibile.

Bon emplacement. Logement fonctionnel et plutôt bien équipé. Propre et moderne. Parking (nombre de places limité). Personnel disponible et très sympa !

Très mal isolé ☹... on entend plus les voisins que la route. Si vous tombez sur des gens calmes alors aucun commentaire à faire, mais pour notre part il y a eu 2 nuits (sur 7) infernales, sans compter le bruit également très tôt le matin.

Chi ha visto la PayPal?????

Struttura pulita e accogliente con il parcheggio interno luogo tranquillo dotato di ascensore per i piani struttura abbastanza nuova .

Al momento del check in per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno mi sono stati richiesti i dati della mia carta di credito che ho registrato su PayPal ! Non lo ritengo corretto ! Mi è stato risposto che c’era la possibilità di pagare la tassa con PayPal ma io non ho trovato da nessuna parte questa soluzione! Suggerisco a coloro che gestiscono questi luoghi visto che si tratta di una catena di mettere la tassa di soggiorno direttamente con il costo dell appartamento piuttosto! Il problema è stato da me risolto con la creazione di una carta virtuale usa e getta ! Ribadisco comunque che questa cosa non è per niente corretta !!!
