The pillows are like two logs placed in the bed. The sound proofing not great, either between rooms and from corridors. Snoring !

Efficient as a sleeping stop but the rest is almost none existent.

Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Nice remodeling of some parts, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was very kind. Overall, it is quiet both inside and outside and has a good location.

The bathroom is still old, and the shower is not working correctly. Overall, some parts look pretty anonymous. The breakfast hall is very impersonal and there is not a real sitting area or working area available.

A lovely hotel in the middle of nowhere

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff; the large room; the excellent buffet breakfast; the strength of the wifi signal; the architecture and the setting, surrounded by greenery

There was nothing we didn't like, but it was obvious the hotel had only recently opened as Moon Palace, so there were some creases to be ironed out, missing items you'd normally find in hotels of any standard. The room had no guide to the area or a local map; there were no instructions how to use the TV or which channels were available - a global news service would have been nice; the paper cups weren't replaced once they'd been used; there were no facial tissues; there were no bags for female sanitary products; and lastly you had to re-enter the wifi usernanme and password if you turned off your device or took it away from the hotel. Our major gripe, not the fault of the hotel, was that Arese, the former home of Alfa Romeo automobiles, has really poor public transport links. It's good that there's a bus stop immediately outside the hotel but the route to Milan Rho-Fiera is tortuous, with a peak hour service every 20 minutes dropping to two services an hour on Saturdays and only three services for the whole of Sunday. It's not a good destination for those who like to use public transport but if you've got a car, it's absolutely fine.

Superb

Very new and very nice. The staff is great. There are sushi, pizza and an Italian restaurant in the same shopping mall as the hotel.

The signage is terrible which makes finding the hotel a challenge. The garage sign has the name of the previous hotel.

Great value for money.

It is a very nice hotel. We stayed there overnight during our trip, it was perfect. Secure underground parking, great and clean room, very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows, very quiet area to sleep with open windows.

Location is a quite remote from Milan, so without the car it may be challenging to get to Milan. However the hotel provides a shuttle to the metro station.

Moon palace hotel

Struttura riammodernata che è anche parte di un ampio condominio (in parte abitato da persone) a struttura originale, semicircolare di 2 piani degli anni '70, accogliente e funzionale sito in posizione tranquilla. Moderna la struttura degli interni, pulito e confortevole, riscaldato da sistemi in pompa di calore molto efficienti.

L'hotel è ancirayuna sorta di "work in progress" sia per la parte degli spazi esterni ancora da riammodernare, sia in merito ad alcune (poche) camere al secondo piano che sarebbero probabilmente da adibire ad aparthotel e che non sono ancora del tutto pronte: mancanza di appendiabiti nell armadio e di tende sulle finestre e con alcuni dettagli non a punto tipo mancanza della lampadina sulla luce dello specchio in bagno (non particolarmente spazioso) e un po' di muffa lungo il bordo del piatto doccia, cose non accettabili per un four stars: lo staff comunque gentilissimo, ha compreso la critica e ci ha offerto con gradita sorpresa da parte nostra, uno sconto per un futuro ulteriore soggiorno. La colazione spesso valutata con punteggi molto alti nelle recensioni, non ci è sembrata adeguata, per varietà, agli standard di un 4*. In qualità di controller, riteniamo che soprattutto relativamente agli spazi esterni, ci siano ancora diversi lavori da ultimare.

C'è di meglio in zona...

Il terrazzino privato fuori dalla camera e la vicinanza a soli 10 minuti di macchina da Rho.

Il rumore fastidioso del frigo e del riscaldamento e le formichine minuscole trovate la mattina. La reception si è raccomandata di non lasciare bagagli o sacchetti in vista nella macchina per sicurezza.

La stanza aveva i muri sporchi il copriletto era sporco. , ho trovato le formiche sul letto. In generale non ho avuto dentro la stanza la sensazione di pulito. Sarà un caso? Proverò una seconda volta per valutare se si è tartaro di un caso accidentale.

Le lit très confortable.

J’ai pas aimer d’avoir payé pour avoir une nuit dans un 4 étoiles qui on dirait plutôt un 2 étoiles. Les murs de la chambre très sales, wc plein de calcaire, plafond qui menace de tomber. Déçue

Uitstekende prijs voor goede kwaliteit hotel

Eigen parkeergarage, super krachtige douche en een redelijk ontbijt. Uitstekende airco en verwarming en dicht bij winkels en restaurants

Het ontbreekt aan sfeer, geen enkel schilderij of decoratie of zelfs een plant. Alles is super schoon maar wit en kaal. De parkeergarage is moeilijk te vinden en als je er bent is het niet duidelijk welke poort en deur je moet aanbellen
