Amazing, we would absolutely recommend

The property is in a lovely quiet village with a stunning view over the lake. Walking distance to the lake, train / bus and a fantastic restaurant to eat in the evenings.

The only thing I would request is aircon, or a fan to help cool the apartment in the warm evenings.

Stunning views of lake Como. Very quiet location and a fantastic swimming pool with sun loungers and a view of the lake.

No nearby restaurants but that’s fine if you have a car as there’s lots of nice places within about 10 minutes.

Amazing view, amazing staying

Amazing view, very nice owner, good condominium with own territory and panoramic view everywhere even at the pool. Apartment was very convenient, enough of everything. Owner helped with transfer back to train station to other city. Very nice location for those who traveling by car. If you are traveling with backpacks it is also ok, as it is +|~10 min from train station

But if you have suitcases and no car- it can be a challenge. As there is no taxi (the village is too small)+ you need to go by road with moving cars. + you need to think about the products in advance, as there is only one shop in the village with limited working time. For example we faced the situation when on Monday since 12:30 both grocery store and restaurant were closed

A stunning view apartment!

The amazing view from the large balcony, the size of the apartment, the free security parking and the very welcoming manager Denise.

The steps to the apartment 🤣 there were a few issues which the manager was fixing.

Great for a short stay

I like the amazing views and the extra space of an apartment compared to a hotel. The kitchenette was a plus.

There are quite some stairs to get to the 3rd floor. The internet also was a bit slow.

Amazing place!

Amazing view at the Como lake and the mountains from the apartment and the pool! Modern, super clean, comfortable apartment with everything you might need during the stay. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and hope to come back!

It's a bit far to the restaurants, and public transport is not frequent, so you need a car to drive around, not a problem but something to consider.

Nice apartment disrupted by early maintenance work spoilt an otherwise nice experience.

Lovely location with great views over lake.

Quite remote so had to use a train to local villages to go out for the evening, which wasn’t great as services had been cancelled. Got stranded a couple of times so had to rely on good nature of locals to give us a lift back. Maintenance work at site caused a lot of disruption and meant early wake-ups while noisy drilling and repairs started at 08:00, not ideal when on holiday.

Spectacular view, Amazing modern apt and super private.

Amazing unobstructed view of the lake from every room. Super clean apt and updated amenities - heated floors, diahwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, bidet set, hot water, cable tv. Love everything about it! Advisable to hv car here although our family walked everywhere and used daily the Dorio station Trenord train service to the max!

Awsome view, comfortable apartment and great location

The apartment was very well located, amazing view of Lago di Como, very comfortable, well fitted kitchen with lots of utensiles to be used. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. Really nice apartment! The balcony is very charming and you can just sit there and relax enjoying the view. Highly recommend!

Great property, suitable for families, groups, hen holidays. The view of every room is spectacular.We use the public transport and the train run on every hour ! Everyone in the village is very welcoming and will make you feel like home .Denise is amazing. She help us in every possible aspect.I already recommend this place to couple of my friends. to be honest i was a bit unsure about the location, but the place is a lot more than I expected. You can’t get wrong with Residence IlPoggio . La Dolce Vita 🇮🇹

Excellent stay for lake como

Very good property. Apartments are well constructed very spacious with amazing views of the lake como. Facilities are great. Swimming pool is small but good with again amazing views. Location is 15 min drive to Varenna town. On the way we saw carrefour express approx 1.5 km away. So good location to visit lake como. Very courteous and friendly manager. She even arranged for flowers, champagne and cake for the anniversary. Thank you... :) Highly recommended!!!

very spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. it has beautiful terrace where you can enjoy evenings with a glass of wine. There is direct access to the lake close by which allows for a swim a nice evening walk.

Fantastic Week in Lake Como

Fantastic Apartment which is very well equipped for a family of 4 with two bathrooms with great powerful showers and all the cooking equipment and utensils needed to enjoying a nice home cooked meal or breakfast on the most wonderful large balcony whilst in a lovely peaceful and relaxing location with wonderful views of lake Como, very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep,a great host who was very friendly and attentive with checking in and anything we needed for our week in Como.

A car is essential, for this apartment it is a little out of town, which we did know prior to our booking, so it wasn't a problem for us, as we had hired a car.

Nice lake view, pool was abviously closed bc its not summertime. Balcony was very nice, if you know your way around the area its a very good stay. Self checkin and parking was easy.

Amazing view and very comfortable place

The view is amazing! The place is very tidy, well furnished, had great floor heating (we were ther in winter, so it was important), everything went without any issues and we could just enjoy our stay. I totally recommend it!

Amazing view on the lake ! Big terrace. The apartment has very simple equipment and furniture, but there is everything you need for a big group - we were looking for an apartment with 3 separated bedrooms and a living space for all. And we found it here. Nobody had to sleep on the sofa :) Denise is very kind and helpful.

Very good

We arrived later as planned but Denise was very helpful and sent us all information we needed so we had a great check in. The residence is very nice, we were happy about our garage. The apartment size was just perfect for us 4 and we had a comfortable stay. All apartments have lake view which was so beautiful. Although located next to the street and train rails we could sleep with open balcony doors and it was not too loud. The pool was clean and heated with also a great view to the lake while enjoying the sun.
