Absolutely fabulous. Had the most amazing time. Great location right on the lake. We loved Domaso as a quiet base, with not too many tourists and great interactions with locals. One day we hiked along the river Livo, as recommended by the host, and had the best day. Hour and half on foot from the mouth of the river along maybe 30 waterfalls all the way to a narrow gorge with a swing. Countless swimming pools along the way. Cool in the heat of summer. The apartment had everything we could wish for, it was quiet and charming. Used the provided paddle boards and kayaks daily, which made the experience very relaxing. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment. It was absolutely spotless. There are many nice restaurants and gelato in walking distance and the parking is super convenient. Large car park right next to and opposite the house. Very well stocked supermarket 5 minute drive away (Iperal). Highly recommended will be coming back.

Our stay at Domus Palmae was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, communication with the owner was excellent – friendly, helpful, and attentive. The house itself is a beautifully restored old villa overlooking Lake Como. Waking up to the breathtaking lake views each morning felt like a dream. The garden is absolutely stunning, lovingly maintained and full of charm, offering peaceful corners to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything one might need. Every detail seems carefully considered. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of coffee, snacks, chips, and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival. The atmosphere of the entire property, the beautiful interiors, the organization, and the attention to detail exceeded all our expectations. Even our dogs fell in love with this place and felt at home immediately. A truly special place that we would happily return to and recommend without hesitation.
