Stunning place to stay

We spent a wonderful 7 nights in this beautiful accommodation. The views of the mountains and the lake were absolutely stunning. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful and considerate, providing us with great suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this place and truly hope to come back again someday!

Wonderful and kind host, amazing house and a scenery to die for. HIGHLY recommended!

I have traveled a lot over the years and rented many properties and stayed in an array of hotels, but Francesca is by far the most generous and friendly host. I would give her and her house +5 stars! She picked us up at the train station of a nearby village as we had no car and we were welcomed with fruit and small gifts in her amazing house. Our stay was formidable because of the scenery and beauty of the house, but also much because of her, as she guided us on details for our stay, including ferry schedules, general advice of the area, etc. I HIGHLY recommend her stunning, spotlessly clean and comfortable house to anyone. Hoping to be back very soon!

Fantastic stay with unreal lake and mountains view

This place is unreal with its location and the lake and mountains view. It is a very quiet place away from the crowds. Thanks to Francesca we felt immediately at home and we learnt what to do/visit during our stay. This place is hard to beat with its view, garden, terrace and calm.

Marvellous view, privacy with great hospitality

Very nice, comfortable and quiet location. Very well, modern equipment even with sharp knives, which is rare to see in rented apartments. Beautiful view. And bonus: such a great hospitality, as demonstrated from Francesca is really rare to see, she offered frequently help in very natural and polite way. I 100% recommend the place.

Reaching the place is a bit uphill, but it was greatly compensated by extraordinary view on lake and mountains.

Great stay at the Como lake

Fantastic location at Como lake. From Domosa centre it’s 1.5 km up in the hills with a great view on the lake. The appartment is very clean and comfortable. Francesca is a great host.

great stay and a great view.

the view is amazing! the apartment was very well equipped (including the kitchen), clean and cozy. Francesca the hostess was lovely, accommodating and helpful and even left us a very unexpected care package of food and wine.

the bed was very uncomfortable! the mattress is very soft and I’m not sure if it’s fitted for the frame. also the drive up to the property is a bit nerve racking, as it’s on a narrow two way road with hard turns on a drive up the mountain. you should know that a wide car is problematic in that area.

Francesca is a wonderful host. Perfect cleanliness and order in the house and garden. Amazing view. The huge fenced garden is especially lovely for the dog. The house has everything you need. We were greeted with fruits, wine, nice gifts - it was unforgettable. Thank you very much, we hope to be back.

One of the best holidays we have had!

We liked everything! Francesca is very kind and attentive to the guests needs; the house with the beautiful garden and the lake view is wonderful; ( in the evening , in the garden the swallows fly and sing, the lake is silent and we even saw fire flies in the grass;) the place looks much better than in the pictures!); We could not have found a better location and host; grazie, Francesca!

Perfection!

Absolute perfection! From the very warm welcome and super attentive host, to the new, bright and perfectly equipped apartment, the spacious terrace, the huge, gorgeous garden complete with sun loungers and BBQ and of course the VIEW! We fell in love with this little Italian paradise at first sight - as did our dog, for whom the fenced garden to run around in was complete bliss. The town centre and beach are also just a short downhill stroll away (a bit longer on the way up ;) but absolutely manageable). It also makes a great base to explore the surrounding area, either on foot or by car. Plenty of free parking available at the house. We’ll most certainly be back!

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und herzlich und hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beste Unterkunft ever :-)

Die Unterkunft war phantastisch. Man hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Der große komplett eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund das reinste Paradies. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Ausstattung und die absolute Sauberkeit. Die Gastgeberin Francesca war sehr symphatisch und hat uns den Urlaub mit vielen Tipps und Ratschlägen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!

Les vacances passées au sein de la casa Perla del lago ont été exceptionnelles ! Nous avons été accueillis avec sympathie et convivialité par Francesca. Elle a toujours été présente lors de notre séjour lorsque nous avions besoin d'elle pour des conseils de visites, d'événements... La maison est, en un seul mot, parfaite. Il n'y a rien à redire concernant la propreté, Le mobilier, la literie très confortable, les rangements... Le jardin est aussi parfait que la maison. La petite piscine est un point supplémentaire positif. La vue est exceptionnelle, le cadre et la tranquillité sont des points forts supplémentaires. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés la casa del lago et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

* La vue ! une vrai carte postale extérieur et de chaque pièce de la maison. * Francesca une super hôte qui a réagit très vite a nos demandes, et toujours avec soin puis sa maman qui était notre voisine souriante et attachante. * Nos petites balades via le petit chemin pour descendre au village, pour les plus sportifs pleins de jolies itinéraire à emprunter. * Un village reposant, au bord du lac avec le strict minimum qui offre la DOLCE VITA, pas de stress ! * Le logement très propre, et fonctionnel * La petite piscine qui rafraîchit, toute la famille toujours avec une vue époustouflante, tout en offrant un confort au parent qui peuvent avoir un œil sur les enfants du transat. * Notre tour de bateau via une location recommandée par Francesca, les villages aux alentours Menaggio, Bellaggio, Tremezzo, etc. sont incroyables vus du Lac une journée 9h/17h suffit à faire tout le tour jusqu'à Côme, en s'arrêtant manger sans stress.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in diesem Urlaubsdomizil. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ist besonders hervorzuheben!! Die Aussicht auf den See sowie der Garten sind wunderschön.

Bardzo podobał mi ogród z niesamowitym widokiem! Mieszkanie jest też bardzo czyste i przestronne. Właścicielka jest wspaniałą i bardzo pomocną osobą! Akceptuje też zwierzęta, to kolejny plus.
