Amazing appartment in an amazing area.

Fabulous Appartment, fabulous lake, fabulous area. It was a real pleasure, the Appartment is huge, very nicely furnished, very clean, everything you could wish for. We enjoyed our late-October short trip there very much and are already looking forward to visit again next summer.

Great, well equipped, central apartment with 2 balconies facing Lake Como

This apartment has got an ideal location facing Lago Como. There are 2 balconies with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view. The hosts are great and were giving us hints and tips for places to visit and places to eat. A local bottle of wine, grapes and honey was also awaiting for us in the apartment. The apartment is really well equipped, with 2 nice bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and the place has beautiful, antique wooden furniture.

As most places in Lake Come there is some noise from the main road going all away around the lake. However, this is to be expected, so if you want to enjoy the view of Como and be 20 meters away from the lake in most towns there will be some traffic noise. The windows in the apartment has got very good noise isolation, so it is only apparent from the balconies

Ik mis nog een 4e gemakkelijke stoel ( er is nu 1 stoel en een 2 persoons bank).

Heerlijk appartement

Zeer ruim en sfeervol appartement op een mooie locatie met vanaf het balkon een heel mooi uitzicht op het Comomeer in Domaso. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaf ons ook goede restauranttips. De voorzieningen in en bij het appartement zijn zeer goed. We hebben twee fantastische weken gehad.

Ohne den Krach und Verkehr von der Straße hätte es noch erholsamer sein können.

Schlüsselübergabe hat persönlich stattgefunden und der Vermieter konnte jederzeit erreicht werden bei Tipps.👍 Frisches Obst , Honig und eine Flasche Prosecco standen bei Ankunft bereit. Sehr nette Geste. Kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Die Bilder im Internet vermitteln den Eindruck, dass man ohne Probleme an den See gelangen kann. Leider ist dazwischen die viel befahrende Hauptstraße, die man auf den Bildern nicht sehen kann . es handelt sich hier um die Hauptroute die um den See führt.

Great stay at Como Lake with wonderful hosts.

Przestronny apartament nad samym brzegiem Jeziora Como. Gospodarze bardzo gościnni, wspaniali ludzie, niczego nam nie brakowało. Pomimo dość sporego opóźnienia w dniu przyjazdu czekali na nas bardzo cierpliwie. W apartamencie czekało na nas różowe wino, owoce oraz przepyszna oliwa z oliwek. Dodatkowo, apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty oraz przyprawy (herbata, kawa, cukier, etc.). Polecam ten apartament każdemu ❤️❤️

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Diese sehr gemütliche Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage mit Blick auf den Comer See. Es gibt zwei Balkone mit Tisch und Stühlen, wo man sitzen und die Aussicht genießen kann. Die Gastgeber, drei Geschwister, sind großartig. Mattia hat uns vor der Anreise kontaktiert und uns bereits Tipps zum Parken gegeben. Das ist ein wertvoller Service bei der eingeschränkten Parksituation. In der Nähe gibt es zwei größere Parkplätze, sodass dies während unseres Aufenthalts absolut kein Problem war. Tommaso hat uns pünktlich erwartet, uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns wertvolle Hinweise und Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben, zum Beispiel für den Ort Livo, der etwas oberhalb in den Bergen liegt. In der Wohnung warteten eine Flasche Wein und ein Glas Marmelade, beides aus der Region, auf uns. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet mit zwei schönen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Sie hat schöne, antike Holzmöbel. Wie bei den meisten Orten am Comer See gibt es etwas Lärm von der Hauptstraße, die den See umrundet. Das ist allerdings zu erwarten, wenn man die Aussicht auf den See genießen will und nur 20 Meter vom See entfernt ist. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man den Lärm nur von den Balkonen aus wahrnimmt. Wir möchten das Restaurant „Enoteca Osteria del Porto“ empfehlen, das sich wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Service sehr freundlich. Wenn möglich, sollten Sie einen Tisch innen, im sehr schönen, gemütlichen Gewölbekeller buchen.

Er ligt wel een drukke straat tussen het meer dn appartement maar dit hoor je niet echt binnen.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf aan het Comomeer, wij komen hier zeker terug!

Ruim, licht en smaakvol ingericht appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met toilet. Voeg daarbij de hoge ramen met openslaande deuren en 2 balkons met zicht op het meer, de frisse muren en karaktervolle meubels en vind hier je ideale thuisbasis aan het Comomeer. Het appartement is direct gelegen aan de Lungolago, de weg rondom het meer. Het meer bevindt zich op slechts een paar meter afstand. Iedere dag staken we eenvoudigweg het zebrapad over en peddelden weg op onze SUPs. De weg is redelijk druk, maar in het appartement merk je hier heel weinig van. Daarnaast liggen beide slaapkamers aan de achterkant van het appartement. In de directe omgeving vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Een mini supermarkt, een apotheek, terrasjes en restaurants en wat winkeltjes bevinden zich op zeer geringe loopafstand. Met de auto is de grotere supermarkt ook zo bereikt. Een arts en een tandarts zijn in hetzelfde pand gevestigd. Gratis parkeerplaats is er voor de deur en is deze vol, dan kunt u de auto op het plein achter het gemeentehuis kwijt. Op korte afstand is ook nog een betaalde parkeerplaats. De pier voor de boten over het meer ligt ook op loopafstand. 800 meter (vrij steil) omhoog boven het appartement is een wijngaard voor een proeverij of aanschaf van heerlijke wijn of olijfolie. De verhuurder is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en relaxed. Er lag een fles wijn en fruit voor ons klaar bij aankomst en in de keuken waren basiszaken zoals suiker, zout, koffie en thee voorradig. Al onze vragen werden direct beantwoord en in het appartement lagen folders met tips voor uitstapjes, een kaart van het meer en de dienstregeling van de boten over het meer.
