a great base for us travellers wishing to see lake como on a budget!

great pool, the shower was brilliant and kitchen appliances really efficient. the balcony was a great spot for a dinner. david and Monica were very responsive.

there were some smokers on the property + nearby clock tower rang a bit early for us teenagers haha but helped us to start the day early!

We were a group of 6 females so another mirror or 2 and some lamps would have been good. But can’t complain about anything major.

The apartment was clean and bright with 2 lovely terraces. The pool and BBQ were excellent

Property is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the lake and local shops. The swimming pool is clean, well kept and very refreshing. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and comfortable beds.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Street parking was a bit tricky at first but we did find somewhere.

Everything. The property is charming and pristine clean. For our family of five we stayed in a 3 bed apartment, very spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and the property location. The host David is very welcoming and so helpful.

Superb

We had the garden room and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious and comfortable with most of the equipment you need for holiday Bring from home your bottles opener 😉 . You can choose to cook yourself and eat inside or outside the room if the weather is nice and the too options are convenient. The location is convenient for walking and traveling around the gorgeous area. If you want a lazy day, the pool and the garden are also great choices . David himself is very helpful and welcoming. He is very kind and caring.

Wonderful villa, perfect location, and great hosts!

This place is amazing! The villas look exactly like the pictures and the swimming pool and landscape are incredible. The owners are there for you whenever you need them and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! I had to work midday and it was a bit warm, so I asked if they had a fan I could borrow and he said I will have one for you this afternoon... he actually bought one for us to use!! I was beyond thrilled with the level of customer service! The location is perfect... lots of restuarants, and only a 5 min walk to the lake. I highly recommend this place... it's wonderful and made our vacation very enjoyable! 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a friends birthday, our marriage, and Father’s Day! Such a beautiful place.

This property was AMAZING! The location was so convenient, we were able to walk to almost everywhere on the strip down by the lake. The pool area was the absolute best, so stunningly beautiful and just overall so nice to have a pool in the backyard! The owners were so kind and accommodating. We had the absolute best time!

Fabulous stay at Residence Oleandro- lovely apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and seperate bedroom with lots of storage. Great location; walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake (views were exceptional). Swimming pool was fantastic plus they have a large outdoor area for relaxing or a BBQ. Owners were so friendly and attentive; even made a special effort on my birthday- would highly recommend.

We thought the location of the accommodation was beautiful ! Domaso is a lovely area with all the amenities and stunning backdrop!

Our group have been ravaged by mosquitoes, probably due to the gardens and water proximity.

Location is great so close to the lake and ferry and nearby restaurants David and Monika were lovely and so helpful,they even gave us a lift to a nearby town. Honesty bar is really handy

Overall loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Really lovely stay in room 104 (2 bedroom apartment). Great location right in the center or Domaso, walking distance to the lake, restaurants and cafes. Pool was large with a great relaxing atmosphere. Was also handy that there was a communal (for pay) fridge to get cold drinks from. Rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. We were a little concerned about lack of AC, especially during a heat wave, but the apartment remained nice and cool and was a non issue.

Only negatives were that there were no toiletries at all, so don't rely on that, and given the price it would be nice if some basics were provided. There were quite a bit of flies, but that can't really be helped too much (they do provide a fly swatter).

Super nice hosts and great location. It is great that the place has its own pool with many sunbeds. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby. Beach is within couple minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place!

Das der Whirlpool vor Ort 20€ in der Stunde kostet und Kinder unter 10 Jahre nicht rein dürfen . Davon stand in booking nichts .

Malgré la grande amabilité et l'envie de bien faire des accueillants, une très grande déception.

L'espace disponible sur deux étages pour une famille. La grande réactivité des accueillants pour tenter de répondre aux difficultés.

L'eau verte de la piscine. Le débit d'eau très faible, voire nul à certains moments, dans l'appartement. Un Wifi inexpoitable. Des travaux (bruyants) d'entretien de la résidence qui commencent dès 8:30. Une insonorisation faible entre les appartements.

Fijne vakantieplek aan het Como meer

Het zwembad met zicht op de bergen is fantastisch en aangenaam vertoeven. De ligging in het dorp is ook heel goed want je kan overal naartoe zonder dat je de auto nodig hebt, het meer, de vertrekplaats van de boten, de supermarkt en vele restaurants. De eigenaars zijn ook super vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.

We zaten vooraan in het gebouw en hadden best veel last van lawaai, zowel van de straat als van mede vakantiegangers die bijv ‘s nachts naar huis vertrokken met valiezen etc en niet echt stil hun wagen inladen. Het luiden van de klokken van de kerk om 7u is best luid en hier werden we ook steeds wakker van aangezien we met het raam open sliepen omdat er geen airco is. Het appartement zelf vonden we ook best krap voor een gezin van 4 (kamer en zetelbed)

Im großen und ganzen eine gepflegte Anlage und durchaus empfehlenswert

Die Lage war sehr gut. Domaso ist im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Orten ein echtes Urlaubsdomizil, es gibt viele Restaurants ( das Restaurant Acrobaleno ist unser Favorit gewesen), eine direkte Überfahrt nach Bellagio ist hier möglich ( Fähre) und es gibt einen Penny mit normalen Preisen. Auch ist der Ort wunderbar zum Spazierengehen. Die Residence liegt abseits der großen Straßen und ab Mitternacht wird es hier sehr ruhig.

Es könnte an Ausstattung von allem ein bisschen mehr sein. Ein bisschen mehr Toilettenpapier und 2-3 normale Handtücher mehr für uns vier Personen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Maschine mit Filter. Filtertüten gibt es jedoch nicht im örtlichen Penny ( da wir das Problem im letzten Italienurlaub auch hatten, waren wir diesmal aber vorbereitet).

Super Aufenthalt; sehr erholsam und unkompliziert.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr sehr schöne Pool-/Gartenanlage. Sehr gute Lage. Wir fanden es sehr grosszügig, dass der Pool auch abends benutzt werden durfte.

Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Uns fehlten Putzlappen, WC Papier, Abfallsäcke. Aber mit Nachfragen bekamen wir alles. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Fijne plek met leuke uitstapmogelijkheden, bijv een bezoek aan Belaggio.

De locatie van oleandro is dicht bij de boulevard, het meer, leuke barretjes en restaurants. Op fijne loopafstand.

Als je wil mag je je pluizige viervoeter, een hond, meenemen. Als je niet van honden houdt kan dat een minpunt zijn.

Allt var toppen!

Lägenhetshotellet låg perfekt, fin utsikt över Domaso, vi hade till och med sjöutsikt. Nära färjan, nära mysigt bageri och delikatessaffär. Jättemysigt poolområde med bra med plats. Fräsch lägenhet och vi fick plats bra fast vi var 8 pers. Kan verkligen rekommendera denna pärla!

Laut aber schön.

Die Lage war super, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom See und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants entfernt. Der Garten und Pool war das Highlight. Und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (außer Seife und Spülmittel) . Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal.

Wir haben in der Woche in der wir da waren permanent sehr laute Nachbarn obwohl in der Hausordnung steht ab 22 Uhr Ruhe - schade ! Können die Vermieter aber auch nichts für..
