Comfortable house "Gabriella", surrounded by vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Domaso, on the outskirts, 52 km from the centre of Como, 52 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded position on a slope, 400 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and plants, orchard. Outdoor shower. Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Parking, public parking 300 m. Shop 400 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Como" 52 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 700 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Access to the house by approx. 100 m possible. The owner will do the luggage transport on the arrival and departure days from here.
