About this apartment rental

In a dreamlike position on a hill in a sunny hillside location in Vercana, a mountain village above Domaso on the western shore of the lake, approx. 3 km from the lake. Holiday flat in the granny annexe of a villa with private garden and garden access. From the terrace and the large garden you can enjoy the view of the lake, the surrounding houses with the village church and the fantastic mountain scenery.
Due to the particularly Mediterranean climate, there are often wonderfully warm days and evenings here. Your holiday flat is on the lake side on the ground floor and has its own private garden level with separate garden and covered house entrance: well-kept and hardly visible with olive trees, with plenty of space. The natural stone terrace with dining table is on the lake side. A particularly idyllic spot at the top of the garden invites you with deckchairs with a dreamlike lake view. The covered garden kitchen with large barbecue can be used by arrangement.

From Vercana, beaches and water sports are within easy reach.

The tasteful, bright furnishings are underlined by a harmonious colour scheme, warm cotto tiles with a southern flair.

The hallway leads to the double bedroom with lake view and the beautifully designed bathroom with shower.

This holiday flat offers plenty of space for upmarket living requirements and service amenities as well as a private atmosphere. The friendly and obliging domicile landlady Adriana welcomes you warmly. She lives in the upper part of the villa and speaks some German and French. An oasis for those seeking relaxation. Pleasant coolness in summer and cosy warmth in winter characterise this holiday home.

There is a parking space for your vehicle within the property with a remote-controlled gate.
