Definitely the view. And the person in charge of the place.
Old beds, very bad towels, old pillows. Everything very cheap and low quality. But the view is stunning.

Great view of the lake and surrounding areas.
Roads are narrow and uphill. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Great views over Lake Como and beautifully maintained gardens. Easy to get to on the local bus. Claudia the host met us at the gate and showed us around. She was very helpful and full of local knowledge. She went above and beyond to help us out!
Nothing it was a great place to stay.

View and available parking, welcoming staff and flexible departure
Separate bathroom is old, small, dated with a poor shower. The bedroom doors are insecure and not in the least soundproof - the neighbours across the corridor was a howler and her bed squeaked …. a lot ! The property is very tired and dated.
