Apartament jest przepiękny, czysty, zadbany, dobrze wyposażony, duży, z pięknym widokiem na Como. Perledo położone jest wysoko, stąd widok na jezioro. Pieszo do jeziora tak z 15 minut, ale google pokazuje trasę wzdłuż drogi, to mylące, można iść w dół ścieżkami, schodami pomiędzy domami. W górę polecam nocy bus do Perledo stacja Milano, kursuje do północy ze stacji w Varenna.
Oferta apartamentu obejmuje bezpłatny prywatny parking. Warto jednak dopytać o wymiary parkingu. Nasze auto było za długie i przeszkadzało sąsiadom. Musieliśmy je przestawiać, parkować na zewnątrz, mieliśmy zwrot kosztów za to, dziękujemy za to, p. Marta starała się pomóc, jednak sytuacja kosztowała nas i sąsiadów dużo stresu, uzgadniania godzin wyjazdów itp. co jednak nie pomagało na wakacjach. Może warto doprecyzować w ogłoszeniu wymiary parkingu?

La vue sur le lac de Côme était magnifique. L'appartement était grand, propre et bien équipé. L'accueil et les attentions des propriétaires faisaient chaud au cœur.
L'appartement est au-dessus de Varenna et il y a peu de bus l'été pour y accéder.
