Green House Olivedo

The location is very close to the train station and to town. Very easy walk.

Location was amazing. nice having a 2 bedroom place. There is no AC which during the summer is difficult, but the shutters can be very effective. very close to the ferry however, the early ferry horn will wake you up. There is a pool nearby and the photo is in the ad, however the pool is not included. Anyone can use the pool for 30 Euro per day. There is no discount to use the pool because of the property. But it is nearby and we used the pool and it was nice.

The apartment was extremely hot upon arrival because the shutters were not drawn. I think the owners wanted there to be light in the apartment but I recommend on hot days, draw the shutters because the apartment did not cool down until the next morning. It's ok not to have light on very hot days. More important for the apartment to be cool upon arrival than lit up.

Best Location. Closer to train station 5 mins walk and closer to everything around. The Host was a wonderful lady and allowed us to leave our suitcases in the building the day we checkout when we had a trip to visit the Villas.

The apartment has only 1 toilet and we travel as Family 2 adults and 4 children. Apartment is old but well maintain. No Toiletries essential not provided.

We liked the location. There were sufficient number of rooms.

Hygiene. The bed linens and the towels were not washed properly. The utensils probably were not clean and the cooking appliances.
