Clean, outstanding views, easy communication with host.
Varenna is a 9 to 5 small town so getting a taxi or Uber after 5pm is difficult if you don't rent a car. The location of this apartment is a 40 minute walk to town and you will have to walk on the road that cars drive on. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning which is needed in the summer, I would recommend that owner buys a couple of new fans for the apartment. The location is lovely and the owner was easy to deal with.

El departamento es muy cómodo, está muy bien equipado y cuenta con calefacción, lo que fue ideal porque los días que fuimos estuvieron algo helados. Tiene una hermosa vista desde el balcón y está ubicado en un espacio privado muy tranquilo (no creo que sea cómodo sin vehículo)
Solo para ser exigente, lamentablemente la vista del balcón había que disfrutarla de pie.

La situation de l'appartement est exceptionnelle mais implique d'être motorisé, ce qui était notre cas.
Les équipements sont assez anciens et assez limités ; la literie dans la chambre où il y a le lit double (rapprochement de deux lits simples) est médiocre. Il est frustrant sur la petite terrasse que la vue ne soit pleine que lorsque nous sommes debout mais là c'est incroyable tellement c'est beau !
