House "Rita". In the hamlet Gittana 3.5 km from the centre of Varenna, 2.5 km from the centre of Perledo, 25 km from the centre of Lecco, 1.3 km from the lake. Private: property (fenced), garden 100 m2 with lawn, courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 2.5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Varenna" 3.5 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gittana" 1.3 km (small), grass beach "Bellano" 3.5 km.
