Couldn’t have had a better stay, thanks again!

The view from the rooms balconies is breathtaking. We were lucky enough to even see a fireworks show across the lake from the apartment one night. Paolo is friendly and readily available. He make checking in easy and made sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was cleaned and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Impressive view of Como lake

The impressive views of the lake, exactly as in the pictures. Close to Menaggio were we managed to park for free and take the boat to visit the main lake villages.

Very difficult to find if you arrive in the night and the owner cannot welcome you. We required the help of a local to find it. Could be cleaner, we spend some time removing spiders and spiderwebs on arrival from the living room. The owner should consider installing windows screen as there was a lot of bugs. Difficult to sleep in the living room with the noise of the fridge and the thin mattress.

We had a great stay. It was a good size.place. Love the views and the quiet neighbourhood.

Great location as it's away from the crowded tourists area and yet still close enough to the many attractions.. Found a good pizza restaurant nearby on our last day, wish we had discovered it earlier so we could repeat. Thank you Paolo for your hospitality, we felt most welcomed.

A very nice place with some small shortcomings.

Great host and lovely area. Nice, well kept place in a very original setting (village/town). With cute little garden. Fantastic views through the window already but also a few steps away into the street - lovely panorama.

There is a locked door to the second, neigbouring appartment in the kitchen/living are that needs acoustic insulation. WiFi was very week and barely usable in our appt. Parking is a few mins away - with small kids, bit of walking and carrying. We were by car so reached any nice corners easily and enjoyed the village -but San Siro alone does not offer much beyong the great views; you need to "move around".

The view! It was fantastic.

I chose this apartment after reading the reviews about Paolo and how great a host he is! Turns out he is just doing a business. He didn't answer the questions that could change my decision to book that property. In the apartment everything is brought to the minimum investment, maximum profit - the smallest hair dryer I have ever seen, the oldest towels, no spare toilet paper, nowhere to hang the jackets and put the shoes. We travel a lot. In all the apartments that I have been to in Italy, you always find some tea, oil, salt, sugar, coffee... nothing was there! Since the house is on the hill, you cannot park the car close to the house. Nothing you can change about it, but you need to know this in advance if you travel with kids or people with mobility difficulties. So, all in all, this was not what I expected. The view was fantastic but the credit goes to Como lake!

Paolo is a great hos.

Paolo has made everything to feel us happy. He has been an exceptional host. The apartment has reached our expectation and we were more than happy with the choice. We will come back.

The heating of the apartment was not possible despite the weather conditions (raining and cold). It was not to bad but it has not been also comfortable.

Perfect view and cozy location

Perfect location, in the middle of a small Italian village with a perfect view over Como lake. Its actually quite up high and parking places are about 150 m away from the house but was no issue for us. Paolo is a great host btw :)

It may be difficult to access for people with disabilities but its no minus per se, rather a heads up warning.

Завораживающий вид на озеро Комо. Просыпаешься, и ещё с постели видишь красивый пейзаж. Огромный балкон с кофейным столиком. Место очень тихое, давно так не высыпалась). Дом старинный, с историей, но внутри всё современное. Есть внутренний дворик и много растений. Недалеко маленький супермаркет. Очень гостеприимный хозяин, рассказал про все достопримечательности и был очень радушный.

Добираться лучше на машине так как идти вверх тяжеловато.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wer kleine Dörfer, enge Gassen und es ruhig mag, ist da genau richtig. Zu Fuß, mit Bus und Fähre ist man besser unterwegs, als mit dem Auto.

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, man sieht direkt auf den Comer See. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten über Booking ein Apartement mit Terrasse gebucht, hätten aber eine Wohnung mit Balkon bekommen. Hier zeigte sich der Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend - wir durften in der anderen Unterkunft trotzdem weiterwohnen.

Zur Ferienwohnung kann man nicht mit dem Auto hinfahren - was problematisch bei älteren Leuten und Familien mit Kindern und viel Gepäck sein kann. Man muss ca. 350 m zur Wohnung durch enge Gassen laufen. Das Auto kann nur an einem Parkplatz abgestellt werden, der eine Steigung von ca. 22 % aufweist - sehr heikel bei tiefergelegten Autos. Der kleine Supermarkt am Ort kann nur mit Auto oder einem motorisierten Fahrzeug besucht werden - zum Laufen aufgrund der stetigen Ansteigung zu weit und zu anstrengend.

Najpiękniejszy widok na świecie ❤️ Właściciel oraz pomoc domowa bardzo mili i pomocni. Nie mieliśmy z niczym problemu. Parking jest bardzo blisko. Niedaleko jest również bar na plaży oraz kilka knajpek ok 15 min drogi pieszo. Polecam z całego serca! Chętnie wrócimy tam ponownie ❤️
