Casa Irene is located near the historical centre of the hamlet of Perledo and from its hilly position (450 mts) it dominates the town of Varenna and the Lake Como.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet little house of two floors with independent entrance. The apartment is sunny all day and enjoys sweeping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a large lobby, a bright and spacious living room, kitchen, large bedroom (with double bed and a bunk bed), bathroom with tub-shower and a terrace.
Casa Irene has been recently renovated and equipped in each room with new modern furnishings. It's equipped with washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron and Satellite TV. It has heating that provides great comfort in winter period. Directly connected to the apartment there is a garden where you can relax, sunbathe and eat outside and to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The location of Perledo offers tourists, with small shifts, multiple attractions that ensure a pleasant stay at all types of tourists interested in arts, sport, culture and culinary. You can get to Perledo by car in few minutes (3 km) from Varenna or by taxi or by bus from the railway station of Varenna-Perledo.

Magnifique vue sur le lac, balcon couvert avec table et chaises, petit jardin appréciable ! Bonne literie et bonne propreté globale. Propriétaire très réactif (que ce soit pour une demande ou pour le problème de propreté dans la cuisine).
Logement calme adapté aux chiens. Voiture indispensable, parking à 10-15min selon la place mais attention ça grimpe!
Nous recommandons la location pour les bons marcheurs.

Accueil chaleureux, beaucoup de documentation dans l'appartement. La description de l'appartement est conforme à la réalité. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Giorgio a toujours été disponible pour répondre aux questions.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Will all the amenities for a self catering apartment this was perfect for our short stay. Giorgio was very friendly and available with great communication before our stay. He even picked us up from the station!. The views were incredible, there is a small shop, bar and pharmacy nearby within walking distance. To get down to the lakes edge and access the other islands there is a bus about one an hour and tickets can be collected at the shop nearby. Although we didn't see many buses pass by. For anyone staying longer I would defiantly recommended a hire care as we had a lot of problems booking a taxi with two cancelling last minuite! Thanks Giorgio for a lovely stay.
