Il rapporto qualità prezzo è terribile, prezzo molto alto (abbiamo pagato 600€ un appartamento per 6 persone per 2 notti

Posizione fronte lago e possibilità di parcheggio.

Struttura tenuta male, entrambi gli appartamenti erano molto diversi dalle foto. Si è rotta la maniglia della porta per cui siamo rimasti chiusi fuori e abbiamo dovuto chiamare il tecnico, ci è stato detto che era la prima volta che succedeva mentre il pavimento in quel punto era rotto dalle molteplici cadute della maniglia in precedenza. Lavandini che perdono, wc che perde, pavimento in alcuni punti sempre bagnato a causa di perdite.

Vista stupenda

Posizione super!!! L'affaccio sul lago e sul parco è davvero bello. Comoda la posizione anche per il parcheggio. L'appartamento era grande, biancheria pulita . Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile . Giardino grande e attrezzato

Il giardino non era recintato in modo adeguato per un cane di taglia media come il mio e poteva "scappare", anche il cancello sulla strada non si chiudeva, non rimaneva nemmeno accostato ma tendeva anzi ad aprirsi e per la sicurezza non è il massimo.. Ho segnalato anche che ho trovato una spina rotta nella presa a muro e quindi non c'era la luce in camera ma non è venuto nessuno a sistemarla Non c'era il divano (essendo mio padre anziano ha dovuto stare o sulle sedie o a letto) La tavoletta del wc era rotta, dovevo stare attenta ad alzare e abbassare

Vieze en slechte bedden

De locatie was prima

Het appartement was niet schoon. De bedden waren slecht. Het dekbedden waren ronduit vies en onder de bloedvlekken. Hier kun je geen mensen onder laten slapen. Daarnaast was het nog onveilig met losliggende draden uit het stopcontact en een snoer van de magnetron waar de buitenmantel weg was.

Die Lage ist eigentlich toll, nur kein Seeblick wie versprochen, da die Bäume die Sicht verdecken. Aber die Parkanlage ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt. Das Geschirr und Besteck war sehr fettverklebt. Preis-Leistung 👎

Posizione, vista, dotazioni della casa (c’è davvero tutto, anche l’ombrello!). Terrazzo wow!

Materasso scomodissimo, si sprofonda. L’appartamento ha bisogno di un bel po’ di manutenzione (maniglie che rimangono in mano, zoccolini che si staccano…). Informazioni poco chiare in fase di prenotazione (se avessi saputo che c’era il letto matrimoniale e non il letto a castello come scritto sul sito, non avrei richiesto il lettino da campeggio, a pagamento).

Ein schrecklicher Aufenthalt mit unzumutbaren Zuständen

Entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern wie sie auf Booking dargestellt sind. Es war schmutzig, hat gemuffelt, das Bad ist verschimmelt und der Putz bröckelt in der Dusche. Geputzt war es gefühlt nirgends. Auf der Suche nach einem Besen haben wir einen Staubsauger im Wohnzimmerschrank gefunden der schon lange nicht mehr geleert wurde. Einen Besen haben wir leider in der ganzen Wohnung nicht auffinden können. Wir haben Kontakt zur Rezeption aufgenommen und das einzigste Angebot war, dass sie am nächsten Tag eine Putzservice vorbei schicken. Wir sind am gleichen Abend wieder abgereist.

A localização é privilegiada, o atendimento da equipe foi atencioso.

O imóvel é muito mal equipado e esta deteriorado, não oferece conforto algum e haviam insetos por todos os lados. Foi insuportável passar duas noites de verão entre 09 e 11/08, um calor absurdo, sem poder deixar as janelas abertas.

Perfekt til os.

Rummelig og dejlig lejlighed tæt på søen og byen. Vi nød terrassen, haven og lejligheden havde alt, vi skulle bruge til madlavning og hygge. Personalet var venlige og hurtige til at hjælpe.

L’idea del residence con tutti appartamenti molto carina e comoda.

Davvero molto sporca! Dentro molto e anche i terrazzini esterni con affaccio verso il lago impraticabili purtroppo. Pieno di ragni, capelli e peli ovunque…strutture poco curata e trascurata…per i soggetti allergici meglio evitare! Io ho dovuto prendere il cortisone dopo una notte nel divano letto per la polvere e sporcizia!!!

Prima verblijf. Mooie omgeving.

De ligging van het appartement is mooi. Uitzicht op het meer. Voorzieningen dichtbij. Dorpjes dichtbij.

Bij aankomst bleek dat het appartement niet schoon was. Vloer was vies. Koelkast was niet schoon. De vloer is niet netjes gelegd en bolt op verschillende plekken op. Plinten laten los. Beetje vergane glorie.

Tolle Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sauberkeit Luft nach oben

Tolle Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite junge Dame an der Rezeption. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe von Happy Rentals Mitarbeiterin die auch deutsch gesprochen hat.

Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Apartment bekommen was ganz und garnicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben war (wurde dann aber von der freundlichen Dame bei Happy Rentals getauscht und wir haben ein anderes Apartment bekommen). Gartenmöbel war leider so dreckig, dass es unbenutzbar war. Das Apartment war wohl frisch gestrichen, sodass es die ersten 2 Nächte schlimm nach Farbe gerochen hat. Sehr viele Spinnen und Krabbeltiere in der Unterkunft (was aber bestimmt an der nahen Lage am Wasser liegt).
