About this house rental

This three bedroom/three bath house is immaculate. Located in the desirable Park Hill neighborhood, this home offers the perfect location to walk to Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and Downtown Cambria!

You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of this home. Upstairs is the main living area as well as the master bedroom with a beautiful en suite. **Please note that due to water restrictions the jacuzzi bathtub in the master is non-functional.**

This home offers beautiful cherry hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a dual sided gas fireplace-- perfect for a cozy evening. Enjoy sunsets with your family and friends from the deck or take a stroll down to the beach to search for sea glass and Moonstones! This rental is truly perfect for your next Cambria getaway, the location is simply ideal!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. The home was very clean and comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the proximity to the ocean. There is a fantastic walking path at the end of the street that overlooks the ocean. We enjoyed coffee from Lily's Cafe and dinner at Linn's in the town of Cambria. Hidden Kitchen had the best breakfast! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Central Coast.

Worked out perfect for our family. Planned on going out for dinner, but ended up having dinner at the house and enjoying the view and conversation! Only suggestion is to have the front door lock repaired and provide bath mats. We would book with you again, given the opportunity. Thank you

This house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensley. There were a few things we wish we had known before booking: 1) When we booked we were unaware that we would be charged an additional fee if we used a credit card to pay the balance. 2) The listing states there is spa, however, it's the spa bathtub that is turned off due to the water crisis. 3) We might have missed the information, but we were expecting the main rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.) to be on the bottom floor and they are on the top floor. This made it difficult for our family members that have mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend the property. The location is perfect.

Not very clean and furniture is in desperate need of replacing. Window screens are missing and cranks on many windows not working. House is good location would love to stay here again if needed repairs/cleaning is done.

There was not a vacuum in the house so we could not clean up the rug. There is also minimal cooking supplies, if you are planning to cook bring your own spices and measuring spoons/cups. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Windsor house.
