Our charming and reinvented SINGLE STORY cottage (no high stairs) is set back in an English garden with ancient oak, perfectly located in the select and safe neighborhood on Park Hill. Recently remodeled with great space, taste and every convenience, The Cottage at Cambria offers vaulted ceilings, two-sided stone gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen and baths, new generous partial ocean view deck with BarBQ grill, polished pine flooring, big walk in pantry. The open floorplan includes spacious living room, vaulted ceilings, adjacent office/study, dining and convenient kitchen with marble counters, stainless appliances, filtered hot and cold water. Three total bedrooms (two with king beds, one with twin beds and trundle pullouts), two and one half baths plus two car garage with inside entry, and interior new LG wash/dry tower. Sweet retreat for singles or couples, plus room to invite your guests. Approved small spayed or neutered dog under 20 lbs. considered. Six guests maximum.
