About this house rental
Welcome to Casa De La Mar, where "Mi Casa es su Casa" is taken to heart. This lovely three bedroom, two and a half bath home, is situated on Marine Terrace, one block east of the water, and a short distance from the trail head to the Ranch. You can hear Seals barking, waves crashing and watch the sun set on the horizon, while your worries melt away. Soak in the hot tub on the deck to add to your relaxation. A large high definition TV is in the living room. A computer with internet, as well as a wireless conection, are available. The bedrooms have a king and two queen and a sofa sleeper in the living room, enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. It is spacious enough for a group of eight, yet cozy enough for a quiet romantic getaway for two. Pets are welcome, too!! TOT#6010896

We’ve been coming to Cambria, our Happy Place, for many years. This is now our favorite home. The location is gorgeous with an ocean view. It’s a great home to bring your pups as it has an enclosed outdoor area. Fiscalini Ranch walking is nearby and the town is just minutes away. Be aware that there are a myriad of stairs; lugging all of our “stuff” in and out was certainly good exercise. The one improvement could be the jacuzzi. It doesn’t keep the temperature consistent and often didn’t heat to the temp we set. Every day was a new adventure with hiking, wineries, restaurants and the shops.

It's a nice house, great views, well appointed and furnishings are great. Close to town, great neighborhood, 1 block from the water. Only complaint was the only TV that worked in the house was the living room, the bedroom TV's were not hooked up to the internet. Also, the trash cans were full, seems the cleaning crew didn't put them out for pick up. The property management company was great to deal with, it's a simple pick up and drop off process, right in the heart of town.

There was plenty of space to spread out and just relax! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the preserve. Check in and out was easy, the house was spotless and the kitchen stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed. Sure, some of the furniture is a little worn but thats to be expected with a well-loved rental. We love Cambria and can't wait to return!
