About this house rental
3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Beds. 3 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, charcoal BBQ, deck, double garage, fenced in backyard. This very comfortable home has blue water ocean view from the deck. Nicely furnished and quiet. At the top of Park Hill, just a short walk to the upper ranch trail and only 1/2 mile to Shamel Park and the ocean. This is a split level home. The upstairs is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen are upstairs as well as a half bathroom. The downstairs consists of the two other bedrooms and a separate tv room.

We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed at (and we been renting homes in Cambria for 40 years. Conveniently located, particularly with respect to the Fiscalini ridge trail.

We so enjoyed the house that we stayed an extra night. Fenced yard very convenient for our dogs. Well furnished kitchen, large wood burning fireplace in living room. Nice views, very comfortable bed and good towels and bed linens. Would book again.

Peaceful, comfortable stay. Nice location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Great place to walk in close vicinity to the Fiscalini ranch trails. Be prepared for a good workout on the steep hill to get from the Bluff trail back to the house.

The house and location were really nice. The only issue we has was that there was pet (cat and dog) hair on the bedding and furniture. We also found lipstick smears on the pillow cases. There was a washer and dryer on site, but not something you want to see. Everything else about the house was really nice.
