About this house rental
Enjoy unique ocean views over the meandering pines and rooftops of the West Village and ending at the incredible sea. The crisp sunset views over Moonstone Beach can be enjoyed with a glass of wine at the end of the day right from the living room, master bedroom or two decks of this home. This well-appointed home will not disappoint!
The spacious layout ensures that everyone in your group will have plenty of space to relax in privacy or gather in the comfortable living and dining rooms together.
The large master suite is on it's own level, it has a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, and a wood-burning fireplace. (PLEASE NOTE: Due to water restrictions, soaking tub is not available for guest use!!!) With it's own private deck to enjoy the ocean view, and smart TV, you'll have your own private retreat.
The second bedroom is on the main level, it has a queen size bed, deck access and a smart TV. There is also a reclining chaise lounge to enjoy or use as an extra sleeping space for your little one.
The third bedroom is actually it's own private "studio" above the two car garage. Connected to the main house through the garage or private outside entry, it has two twin beds with a small/private bathroom. This "studio" includes a smart TV and kitchenette. This space is up a narrow, steep flight of indoor stairs. The studio is very much part of the main home.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, and has all the comforts of home. The large sectional couch in the living room is the perfect place to enjoy the wood burning fireplace or large smart TV. Wrap around deck with ocean views has a gas burning grill and outside dining table. Also on this level is a large laundry/ mudroom, the perfect place to unload after a day at the beach.
Within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants, and less then a 5 minute drive to beach access.
When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

The tv in the living room wasn’t working and it was because the remote needed a battery. Should have been checked. House smelled of mildew and just too many stairs.we did have a 4 hr blackout but we had to call about where the supplies were. Amenities and cleanliness were good and a lovely appointed home.

We enjoyed are 3 night stay. Very clean, good amount of spices, and cooking utensils. Master bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to the local coffee shop and west end. Close to grocery store and a few restaurants. Most of all, the owners definitely set this up for pet friendly, with doggy door, and permanent gates that retract. Would come back again.
