Great place to stay with my family for a wedding weekend. Three bedrooms are a necessity with two teenage boys, and the master suite was perfect for us. Kitchen is adequately equipped to cook meals, which is helpful since Cambria rolls up its sidewalks early.Access to the nature preserve that takes you down to the cliffs above the ocean is literally across the street. Hot tub is an added bonus.Be aware that check in instructions are emailed to you at the time you book, from a management company, so check your spam folder. I booked three months in advance and was concerned that the day of our stay I hadn't received instructions, but the response from the management company was prompt, and we had no issues getting in.

The home is located in the flat area of Park Hill which allows you to walk easily around the neighborhood. Also if mobility issues are a problem this home does not have stairs to deal with. It is close to town as well as a short distance to the beach. And the garden is lovely. We had a couple of small maintenance items and Scenic Coast Mgmt was quick to respond to our call. We would certainly rent this home again should we have the opportunity to return to Cambria.

The front and back fenced areas were perfect with the little one. The hot tub a nice plus! Lovely flowers attracted hummingbirds and lizards! Both delightful! The kitchen has everything you need with generous extras. Three bedrooms and two baths very comfortable. With Fiscalini trails and views across the street location provided added appeal. We rode our bikes to moonstone beach, but needed a lift back up because of the steep hill. No problem! The rental company was very responsive with questions.

The single story layout is particularly great for an older couple or friends. The location is wonderful for seeing ocean views, and the restaurants to both sides of the town. We ate at Robin’s and Linn’s and the food was again wonderful. Robin’s was particularly adaptable and friendly to seating us immediately inside due to my partners’ use of a walker and inability to use the stairs.
Inside the property again, bars would be a great safety feature inside the master bedroom’s shower. When we first arrived we called to have the shower door hung to move. In five minutes handyman arrived and fixed it. The living room furniture looked well taken care of; however the chairs and the couch were very difficult to get out of.
Nonetheless, this is a perfectly located, and well cleaned property for a family or friends in their three bedroom home.

This is a sweet rental with all the basics. It was clean and ready for us. Things are a little dated, and the beds were not the most comfortable. It was recently updated and very comfortable. Handy household items in drawers and cabinets really helped us out! A few things still could be updated to make it perfect; re-caulk bathtub and new shower head, some doorknobs were loose-the bathroom one came off but we put back on, spray for ants outside (kitchen had some soldiers), old fridge and microwave. The location of this property was nothing short of amazing. Nestled in a lovely part of Cambria, across the street from acres of trails that lead to pine forest and stunning ocean views. The house was spacious and had most everything we needed. The spa was a welcome haven for chilly afternoons. There were a few things that could use fixing- door knobs, light switches, toaster, and a fishy smelling microwave. Other than that the house was spacious and cozy. We had a great time!

Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to trails and beach. Wonderful get away. Management extremely responsive, and helpful. Spa didn’t work the first night, so they had someone out the next morning to fix it! Small forewarning, the living room furniture has been well-loved and there is a bit of a musty smell to the home when you first enter - air it out and take your allergy meds! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The hot tub and outdoor area were amazing and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and the Fiscalini reserve. Scenic Coast Properties worked with us to change our dates due to Covid-19 and we felt completely safe staying in a very clean well appointed home. Only con was one of the guest rooms had brown paper taped on the window for coverings and let too much light in as it was not completely covered well.
