Welcome to your relaxing coastal escape in the quiet Park Hill neighborhood of Cambria! This charming single-story home sits on a peaceful corner lot just two blocks from the beach and offers lovely hillside ocean views—all with no interior stairs. It’s a rare find in the area and a great choice for couples, families, or anyone looking for easy, comfortable access throughout the home. The large, open great room is a favorite spot to unwind, featuring expansive windows that frame views of the northern Cambria coastline. Step out onto the deck to catch glimpses of Hearst Castle and the nearby lighthouse, or settle into the outdoor seating with a blanket and enjoy the ocean air.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and just outside the dining area you’ll find a gas grill for easy barbecuing. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged and include a California king, a queen, and two twin beds, all with quality mattresses for a great night’s sleep. The primary bedroom is located on the opposite end of the home for added privacy. The king and queen bedrooms have their own smart TVs and DVD players, and the primary bedroom has a comfortable seating area for watching TV or movies. The living room has a huge, comfortable sofa, a telescope for distant viewing, a large DVD collection, and a selection of books and games to enjoy.
The outdoor spaces are just as inviting. The front deck off the living room has immense ocean views and Hearst Castle can be seen on a clear day. There are comfy deck chairs and a small seating area for enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. In the backyard, the elevated wood deck has patio table seating for four, while the lower stone patio offers additional seating—perfect for dining outdoors, enjoying a glass of wine, or relaxing under the stars. Turn on the fountain for some added ambiance, or enjoy the rumble of crashing ocean waves.

Located just across Highway 1, you’re minutes from Cambria’s Main Street, where you’ll find local shops, cafés, and restaurants. You are just steps away from scenic Fiscalini Ranch trails, great with your pup (yes, this is a dog-friendly home). A trip to Hearst Castle and a visit to the elephant seals beach is a must for the Cambria first time visitor.
