Gorgeous, one of a kind, customized inside and out, vacation home, located 1.5 blocks from Lampton Cliffs Park and .4 miles from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve.The amenities for this Storybook home seem unlimited, from the custom Merbau Wood front door to the marble counter tops in the laundry room, the care and attention to detail is impeccable. Step through the front door entry level into a foyer with Wainscoting, custom cabinetry and Quartzite stone floors throughout. Guest Bedroom #1 has 2 single beds, a flat screen television, French Glass doors, a Gas fireplace, and an Ocean View. Guest Bedroom #2 has a Queen sized bed, overlooks the backyard, glass French doors and plush carpeting. The entry level Guest Bathroom has custom arched dual glass doors in shower/bathtub and Marble counters with dual sinks. On the upper level, the expansive Living room /Dining Room has an open floor plan to the kitchen, natural Walnut wood floors, Extraordinaire gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, flat screen television, surround sound, gorgeous Ocean view as well as a glass French door that opens to a deck with a bridge to the Master Bedroom. The Gourmet kitchen also has a beautiful ocean view, and includes all the amenities, such as a "Subzero" refrigerator, "Wolf" Range with 2 ovens, "Uline" wine refrigerator, Marble counters and Marble tile floors, Coffee Bar w/Nespresso Vertuoline-French Press-and drip coffee maker, and glass French door to a large outside patio. And finally, the Master Bedroom has vaulted ceilings, natural Walnut wood floors, gas fireplace, wall mounted flat screen television, Antique Stained-glass window, glass French doors to the back deck and to the front bridge deck to the living room. My husband and I returned to Cambria once again to visit friends and enjoy the clean air and sounds of the ocean. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home. We are not pet owners and don't often rent pet friendly properties. There was no trace of pet odor, and the furniture was free of fur. The owners have thoughtfully supplied full size bathroom amenities, a touch that we were surprised by and greatly appreciated. The kitchen has everything you might need for food preparation. The coffee bar was also generously stocked with Nespresso and teas. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the Fiscalini Ranch is nearby. It was very hard to say farewell after our 7 night stay. We will be back.

We have been visiting Cambria with our family and dog for years. We found the most amazing house that is so lovely and inviting and in a great location to the bluff. We now stay here every summer and we love Pura Vida.
